A First Kiss to Remember ~ Dania & Lonnie’s Maui Beach Wedding
We had the best time working with Dania and Lonnie as we helped them plan and prepare for the Maui Beach Wedding of their dreams. From the moment we met our bride it was easy to see why Lonnie fell for her! Her hair and makeup were done in Salon 253’s studio right below our office so we got to get a sneak peek before heading to the beach. She was so sweet and excited to be getting married in just a couple of hours!
The smile on her face as she made her entrance with her parents and nieces holding the train of her wedding dress, says it all! As she made her way over to her groom, these two were more than ready to say, “I do”. Due to a higher tide than usual, we chose a location further up on the beach to stay clear of the waves. However just as our couple was sharing their first kiss, an extra long reaching wave skid over their toes. Causing our newlyweds to react with surprise and laughter!
We’re so glad Dania’s brother was filming on an old 8 mm camera and our sister company, Karma Hill Photography was also there to capture the emotion from this ceremony. We know moments like this are the ones they will forever remember from their Maui Beach Wedding and we’re so glad we were able to witness it!
