Our bride knew she wanted to have her Maui Venue Wedding with us because she didn’t want to stress about planning everything! Also to make things even easier, Alli and Anthony were already going to honeymoon here in Hawaii. So they thought they might as well get married and have a honeymoon all in one trip!

And just as much as we loved being part of their special day, we love that these two were able to include loved ones in the ceremony. In fact, Alli’s two sisters were her bridesmaids and Anthony’s two brothers were his groomsmen! Plus the ring bearers were also their nephews. How cute is that?!

Celebrating in Aloha Style

One of our favorite parts of their Maui Venue Wedding was how they embraced the Hawaiian culture and made it part of the festivities. For starters, all of their wedding attire had tropical floral prints for an added touch of fun and class! And we especially love that they invited The Catered Coconut to add a refreshing touch of paradise at their Gannon’s wedding. There is no doubt that this is a day they will all remember for the rest of their lives!

Priscilla and Joshua were drawn to having a Maui Destination Wedding with us because our packages include photos and planning all in one! They were so happy they found us and so are we! This bride and groom initially wanted to elope, but with them both having large families, they knew it would make everyone happy to be included. And they were so glad they did!

Priscilla & Joshua’s Vows

These two seriously could not have been sweeter! When reciting their own vows, Priscilla volunteered to go first. After she went, Joshua was so nervous because he stepped out of his comfort zone and really expressed himself vocally, which is something he doesn’t do! He surprised everyone by announcing that he wrote a poem to read aloud throughout his vows. He titled the poem “On the Sea” and it talked about a time in his life where he was lost and had “given up” and so when Priscilla came into his life, he was alive again! It’s easy to see she has brought so much happiness to him, it was so cute and definitely a highlight of their Maui Destination Wedding.

Maui Wedding Attire

Besides being absolutely adorable together, this couple also looked incredible in their wedding attire! Our bride’s dress draped beautifully on the grassy lawn at Gannon’s and on the beach during wedding portraits. And our groom looked dashing in a full suit from Calvin Klein. Well done you two!

But that’s not all that caught our attention this evening. Maui wowed us with one of the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen! And we don’t say that lightly, just check out those bright colors! It’s like the heavens were sending all of their love down on our newlyweds. And one thing’s for sure, this is a day they (and we) won’t be forgetting anytime soon!

Why Jennifer and Andrew Chose Maui

When we asked Jennifer and Andrew why they decided to get married in Maui, our groom immediately responded saying “It’s always been Jen’s dream!”. How sweet is it that he wanted to be sure to make her dream a reality? And we are thrilled we could be part of the planning process!

One of our favorite parts of working with these two was getting to know the story of how they first met! One of the best parts of being in the business of love is getting to hear all the love stories our couples share with us 🙂 . And this one is so cute! It all started through mutual friends getting together to play recreational volleyball. Andrew wasn’t very committed to volleyball and only went to a few games, just so he could ask Jen out! They’ve now been together for 4 years, and we are so excited for their future as husband and wife.

He is the gym teacher and she is the school nurse. Plus to make their story even better, their kids go to the same school where they work! Bryn actually has family here so she’s visited a bunch of times, but this was Myles first time to the island! But we’re confident it won’t be his last 🙂 . We were honored to be part of this couple’s Maui Destination Wedding! Especially since Sarah and Justin are no stranger to the wedding industry. Our groom is a DJ and owns his own sound studio, how cool is that? In fact, moments before their ceremony started, Justin and their ukulele player, Jimi, were singing together to a few tunes! Sarah is a makeup artist and works on brides all the time. So she understood how stressful a wedding day could be. But she left her worries to us and was all smiles the whole day. She loved every part of her wedding day!

To make their Maui Destination Wedding even more special were all the little details they included as thoughtful touches! We especially love the bracelets they added to their wedding attire. These bracelets were a gift from friends who couldn’t make it to their wedding and the coordinates reflect the exact spot they got married! Another gift was Sarah’s blue bracelet, which was from Justin’s sister (and was the perfect “something blue”). We love that this couple will always have these mementos to remember such a special day! They first briefly met through friends, then ran into each other 3 years later at a wedding. Vanessa was dancing with someone else so Brian came to her work three days later to ask her out. How sweet is that?! These two were meant for each other, they even both do Taekwondo and are close to getting black belt so some of the poses in their portraits are of them doing moves. So fun! Dakota and Josh’s Maui Venue Wedding was full of the most beautiful details! From custom florals to meaningful touches, this ceremony had it all. Josh loved the fact that his late mother’s favorite flower was incorporated throughout their wedding day. Her favorite flower was the bird of paradise and we love the way, Dellables, made it a thoughtful focal point in the flower arrangements.

The bond between these two at their Maui Venue Wedding was so strong, the smile on their faces say it all! Just look at them 🙂 . What we love most about their relationship is the way they got together. They met at work and it’s such a funny story! He thought she was full of herself and she thought he was stuck up, but they eventually fell in love and now all they do is laugh together!
