Alexis and Timothy’s Maui Elopement looked like something straight out of a fairytale! I mean just check out that dreamy light and the colors in the sky! We cannot get over how perfect this evening was. What made it even more magical was the variety of wildlife at Southside Beach. Throughout their ceremony dolphins were jumping in the background and chickens were walking the beach, which made them so happy (on top of having whales in the background too)! Talk about a dream wedding!

Alexis’ stunning bridal attire was the perfect choice for a Maui Elopement on the beach. We are obsessed with her Custom Bouquet and matching Flower Crown! As for her dress, she told us she knew this was “THE” dress as soon as she tried it on for the first time. Would you believe it was the only dress she tried on too!? We had a blast with Karen and Paul at their Maui Beach Elopement! After meeting online 10 years ago, “before it was cool to meet online”, and being engaged for the last 4 years these two were more than ready to get married. In fact, they had a cruise planned to visit all the islands when Karen last minute suggested they get married on their trip! Now talk about fun!

Karen and Paul could hardly contain their excitement at their Maui Beach Elopement. Which is just how we like it! The love and laughter in the air were so strong they were tangible. I mean just look at them together! If that isn’t the sight of true love, we don’t know what is. We thought it was especially fun when they pulled out sunglasses to wear during their ceremony so the Maui sun wouldn’t keep them from gazing into each other’s eyes. After kissing, “I do”, it was time for their first dance, so we played Simple Love Song by Anuhea for them off a phone because that’s their song! Seriously soooo cute!

Once they complete their cruise these newlyweds are coming back to Maui to spend a couple days at the Four Seasons. Sounds like a wonderful start to a wonderful marriage! Kristen and Kyle were very laid back and just wanted to have a good time at their Maui Beach Wedding. Kristen used to do corporate events and weddings and saw how people obsessed over every detail taking all the fun away. Which is exactly why we love what we do, we want to make a bride and groom’s wedding day nothing but fun! These two were a dream to work with as they let us work our magic! With crashing waves and whales breaching in the distance, we could not have asked for a more perfect evening for these two to say, “I do”. There were some people hanging out at the beach but there was a perfect spot open for the wedding, saved just for them!

We especially love how they included family at their Maui Beach Wedding! Kyle’s kids served as the bridal party, his daughter Gracie absolutely adored Kristen and was a great bridesmaid! This couple was also joined by their parents and siblings as their only guests. They all love it here so much that it only made sense to do a family vacation plus wedding all in one! This bride and groom were absolutely incredible together at their Maui Venue Wedding! We loved working with them in preparation for this wonderful occasion. We especially love that as soon as Zackaree saw Tristen making her way down the grassy hill at Gannon’s he started tearing up with tears of joy and gratitude. How cute is that?! He even teared up during their ceremony, which we always love. We thought it was so sweet how Tristen lovingly wiped away his tears. These two truly are a perfect pair!

After being together for six years prior to their wedding date, they couldn’t have been more excited to be getting married at a Maui Venue Wedding. We love the story of how they met! They were in the same photojournalistic class in high school, which actually turned out to be a scrapbooking class. Once Zackaree heard of that he wanted to get out of the class but couldn’t. It was in that class they met, so later he was glad he didn’t switch. They also both had trinkets to commemorate late grandparents, Tristen had a locket on her bouquet while Zack had a pinned photo in his jacket. Look closely and see if you can spot these little details in their wedding photos 🙂 . We are so excited for these newlyweds and wish them all the happiness in the world! This bride and groom were the absolute sweetest together at their Maui Venue Elopement! Ray was super proud because he was early for the wedding even though he usually runs late. Maguire arrived a little flustered after a problem with her dress, but once she was back with her groom she was so relaxed like all her troubles disappeared! Ray suspected Maguire was wearing a nontraditional wedding dress but hadn’t seen it yet. He said it was stunning, and we couldn’t agree more! With embroidered floral and beaded detailing, this navy chiffon gown was picture perfect 🙂 .

We love the way this happy couple was constantly joking around and especially love that they couldn’t stop kissing each other! After their Maui Venue Elopement ceremony, they had their first dance to “Into the Mystic”. With a bright future ahead of them these newlyweds are bound to have a marriage full of love and laughter! Before returning home to snowy Massachusetts, they planned to head to the Big Island to celebrate with a relaxing honeymoon. Sounds heavenly to us! Ana and Rodolfo were surrounded by loved ones at their Maui Beach Wedding! It was especially touching to witness as their 8-year-old daughter participated in the festivities as their flower girl. The morning started off in an impressive manner with the groom showing up early and so calm, the bride showed up right on time and was also calm! It’s obvious these two share a deep love and have complete confidence in each other and the future ahead!

They enjoyed their Maui Beach Wedding so much they even told us they would love to live here one day, and are excited to make plans to visit some of the other islands 🙂 . They tried to get in as much as they could while here on vacation, including driving the road to Hana and lots of snorkeling! These newlyweds and their wedding guests (including the groom’s sons and their daughter) were such a relaxed group, we loved getting to know them all. Janaye and Douglas were so great to work with for their Maui Beach Wedding! Coming from Vancouver Canada, they couldn’t wait to celebrate with loved ones. Even though Janaye has been to Maui a bunch of times, this was Douglas’ very first time here and we are positive this is a trip neither of them will ever forget!

It was especially touching to see this bride and groom with their adorable 1-year-old son! It’s obvious they love the life they have built together and cannot wait to see what the future holds. Yoshimi and Aaron’s Maui Venue Wedding was truly spectacular! After meeting by chance at an event in Aaron’s hometown of Wellington, NZ these two wanted their wedding day to be every bit as special as their love story. While they had to overcome many cultural differences while dating, the bond they share is unbreakable! It was especially touching to witness as they moved closer together during their ceremony to exchange a few private vows for only their ears. We think this is such a sweet idea and know it’s an experience neither of them will ever forget!

The details at this Maui Venue Wedding were almost unreal! These custom florals created by Dellables were so so good. We love how deep berry colored flowers mixed with greenery created an elegantly romantic vibe at The Steeple House! That’s not all that was on point though, this couple’s wedding attire was so stunning they looked like they belonged in a magazine! Yoshimi looked breathtakingly beautiful in a princess line wedding dress that was so gorgeous we are still obsessing over it. Her groom looked equally stylish in a formal suit, he expertly paired a navy jacket with a light gray vest and slacks. These two are sharp dressers that’s for sure! Sara and Kyle got engaged here on Maui two years ago, and they quickly decided a Maui Destination Wedding was exactly what they wanted! They then came back last year to pick the beach they wanted to get married on, and wisely chose to have their ceremony at Southside Beach. We love this location because the weather is almost always beautiful, the scenery is stunning, and it is a relatively private spot with very few passersby. Making it an ideal spot for a couple to say, “I do” 🙂 .

Everything about this Maui Destination Wedding was positively perfect! We especially cannot get enough of the florals made by Dellables. From flower crowns, to custom bouquets, plus an incredible Maile Lei with orchids for the groom, and an awesome Palm Semicircle in the sand this wedding was decked out in festive style. That’s not all that caught our attention though, Sara was breathtakingly beautiful and it’s obvious Kyle agreed. The moment he turned around and saw his bride making her way down the sandy aisle, we could tell he was amazed and considered himself so lucky to get to marry her in just moments. With the way these two looked at each other and held each other close all throughout the morning, we are confident they will have a long and happy life together! Fonda and Zachary had a truly memorable Maui Elopement! Even though they were getting married at the beach, they still wanted a fall vibe. This bride requested the most stunning Custom Bouquet and Flower Crown to match. We love the way these florals turned out to create a rustic tropical boho look. That’s not all that was on point though! This couple’s wedding styling was perfect for a Maui Elopement. There are so many ways to dress for a beach wedding, and we’ve seen it all! It can be tricky to match shades of white and so we love how Fonda and Zachary went with a neutral pallet in order to coordinate but not clash. See for yourself!

We are obsessed with this bride’s simple crochet wedding dress, she looked stunning and even though it rained on their wedding day you’d never be able to guess by how put together she looks in these photos. It was an especially smart idea for her to wear her hair styled back so when it got wet it didn’t look flat, the flower crown also acted as a sort of protection by helping keep the rain off her face. Whether this was intentional or not, it worked out wonderfully! The groom wisely chose to wear a linen shirt with linen pants for a casual yet classy look, linen is always a nice option for a Maui wedding because it keeps you cool in the hot weather and doesn’t look obviously wet if it starts sprinkling. Nicely done, Zachary! These two also lucked out and got to escape the rain and have a few dramatic photos taken at the nearby hotel they were staying at, the Montage. We are so glad it worked out for them to head to this new location and get some unique photos on their wedding day! As we parted ways these excited newlyweds headed to Japengo for a celebratory dinner. After being together for 2 years, Carissa and James were so excited to celebrate their relationship by getting married at a Maui Elopement! Despite the wind and scattered showers, their ceremony was still epically wonderful. I mean just check out that double rainbow and incredible sunset! We’re obsessed with the way the light glows here in Maui, it’s just one of the many things that make saying, “I do” in paradise so fantastic.

Now that we’ve gushed over the stunning setting these two had for their ceremony, we are eager to tell you all about how fabulous their own styling was! Carissa was a knock out in a formal wedding dress that not only fit her perfectly but also looked perfect on the sandy shore. The subtle flower pattern detailing created the most exquisite dimension, plus check out those straps that draped low in the back to create an open back concept. We love this classy look with a touch of pizazz to bring a sexy element into play for this Maui Elopement. To keep things classy yet playful, James wore a sleek suit but ditched the tie for an open collar look. This is a great look on any groom, especially one as dashingly handsome as James. While these newlyweds nailed their wedding styling, they also have so much more than good looks going for them! They also are one of the absolute sweetest couples we have ever had the privilege of working with.
