We are so excited to share these images from Carly & Jason’s Maui Destination Wedding! We met them last Tuesday morning for a romantic and fun ceremony at the Hyatt Maui Resort. Palm trees gently swayed overhead, and a pastel cloud cover lent a dreamy hue to the celebrations.
Everything was picture perfect: The backdrop, the scenery, the relaxed atmosphere. But our favorite part was Carly & Jason — This sweet couple brought the perfect balance of excitement and emotion. Plus, they look amazing!

Carly & Jason are high school sweethearts who have been together for over ten years. They were prom dates, cheered each other on through college applications and big adventures, and became grown-ups together.
During college, they weathered the ups and downs of a long-distance relationship and ended up stronger because of it. And when the timing was right, they began their life together in Minnesota. No longer the fresh-faced teenagers they once were, but still youthful and adventurous.
They brought this incredible energy to their Maui Destination Wedding. Jason had visited Hawaii multiple times in his life and always felt drawn to the warm, inviting spirit of the islands. Carly’s parents wed on the Big Island, so marrying Jason here felt meant to be. Besides, she worked at a wedding venue back home and wanted something small and meaningful for their nuptials.
And so that’s how fate brought Carly & Jason together, and how it also brought them to us. Being their Maui wedding coordinator was an absolute joy, and we loved being a part of their ceremony!

After Carly & Jason said “I Do” and officially became husband & wife, it was time for even more fun. Their Maui Wedding Package included ceremony coverage and portraits from Karma Hill Photography. This meant they not only got breathtaking images of their vows, but they also got to take pictures around the grounds of the Hyatt.
We started with some group photos with their guests. They included a small group of loved ones in their Maui Destination Wedding. They were all so sweet and having the best time at the ceremony!
Then it was time for the newlyweds to take a romantic stroll around the property. The Hyatt features lots of beautiful areas for photos. Carly & Jason took advantage of its oceanfront setting and then went into the gardens, where swans and waterfalls awaited them.
Keep scrolling to see some of their beautiful Maui Destination Wedding Photography — we can’t get enough of these two!!

Congratulations, Carly & Jason! Thank you for choosing us as your Maui wedding coordinator!

It was an absolute honor to be Emily & Colin’s Maui Wedding Coordinator! This Texas pair traveled to Hawaii to exchange vows and celebrate with their nearest and dearest. You’ve got to see the sunset these two were blessed with!
The Steeple House Maui served as the stunning setting for their ceremony, and Ironwoods Beach brought it home with vibrant evening colors.
Ready to see their beautiful Maui wedding photography? Check out some of our favorite moments below!

Dellables helped us create a beautiful ceremony setup for Emily & Colin. Emily chose the Wailea Sunset bouquet, and her arch flowers matched the vibrant, tropical color pallet. The green lawn and canopy tree at the Steeple House are a blank slate for any wedding style.
Emily & Colin’s decor selections honored the natural scenery surrounding them while adding a little extra flair to personalize the space.
Then we headed inside, where Emily was patiently awaiting the start of the ceremony. It’s what every Maui Wedding Coordinator loves to see when they arrive at a venue: a gorgeous, relaxed couple, counting down the moments until they say “I Do.”
We were excited to begin the ceremony, which Rev. Joe Miles warmly officiated. He brought all the guests to tears as he led Emily & Colin through their heartfelt vows.

Marrying at a Maui wedding venue allowed Emily & Colin (and their guests) to have a comfortable ceremony. The Steeple House includes an air-conditioned staging area, full seating, and an indoor chapel we can use if the weather turns bad.
As perfect as the venue is, these two lovebirds still dreamed of beachside bliss. So we included beach portraits in their Maui Wedding Coordinator plans.
Karma Hill Photography captured some breathtaking images of Emily & Colin at sunset. Ironwoods Beach is just a couple minutes away from the Steeple House, and the sunset this evening was exceptionally beautiful.
We’re so glad Emily & Colin could have a chic Maui venue wedding and still get stunning beach sunset photos!

Congratulations, Emily & Colin! We wish you all the best and are so grateful to be a part of your Hawaii wedding!

We are so excited to share these beautiful images from Sienna & Chris’ Wailea Beach Resort Wedding! It was romantic and fun, breezy yet serene, and an absolute joy from start to finish.
This sweet pair traveled to Hawaii from California, just like they did four years ago on their first vacation here. But this time, they were getting married!
And now that the hustle and bustle of wedding planning have subsided, it’s time for a new joy: reliving the day through their photographs. Take a look at some of their breathtaking moments below!

Sienna & Chris have been together for seven years and spent that time building a strong foundation of love and understanding. But how did the winds of fate bring these two to the shores of Maui for their wedding?
Their story began back in 2015, when they caught each other’s eyes on a dating site. In true SoCal style, Sienna & Chris had their first date at Disneyland and have been inseparable ever since.
They’re both career-driven but know how to have a good time. They take advantage of all the great culture and dining near their Southern California home and venture out to their parents’ homes near Wine Country whenever possible.
Chris proposed to Sienna at San Diego Safari Park as the giraffes and rhinos roamed not far from their cabana. Then it was time to plan a wedding. A big hometown wedding didn’t seem like the best fit for them, so they set their sights on Maui, a place of romance and adventure. And their Wailea Beach Resort wedding embodied all that and more!
Joined by a small and joyful group of guests, Sienna & Chris said “I Do” right by the ocean’s edge. It was the perfect way to begin this new chapter of life together!

A Wailea Beach Resort Wedding offers a front-row seat to the world’s prettiest sunsets! After Sienna & Chris got photos with their family, it was time to take advantage of the glowing last light of day for some couple’s portraits.
The skies overhead turned pastel and gold, and the water adopted a tranquil turquoise hue. But the most beautiful part was Sienna & Chris! Keep scrolling to see how amazing these two looked at their wedding in Maui!

Congratulations, Sienna & Chris! We loved being a part of your Hawaii wedding and wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Last week we got to be a part of this gorgeous Maui Destination Wedding! It was a bright blue morning with a bright, beautiful couple. Chelsea & Brandon are the sweetest of sweethearts, and their ceremony dazzled with personality and love.
Want to see what we’re talking about? Check out the incredible couple and their spectacular wedding photos below!

The morning views along the Kaanapali coastline are simply breathtaking. We aren’t allowed to have weddings on Kaanapali Beach, but we can do something even better: we can use the beautiful hotel grounds at the Hyatt Regency Maui for a wedding!
Chelsea & Brandon wed on the Japengo Lawn for their Maui Destination Wedding. Japengo is an amazing Maui restaurant, but in the mornings when it’s closed, their oceanside lawn is a scenic blank canvas for any tropical wedding.
Dellables Floral created a driftwood arch with pastel arrangements, and Rev. Joe officiated the ceremony. Every moment of Chelsea & Brandon’s wedding was so heartfelt, from their emotional first look to their tearful vows to their celebratory walk back up the aisle.
We’ve highlighted some of our favorite memories below — check them out!

The fun didn’t end when Chelsea & Brandon said “I Do.” They still had access to the Hyatt Maui’s beautiful grounds and time with their Karma Hill wedding photographer.
They booked a brunch at Japengo, so their guests could kick back and enjoy the ocean views while the newlyweds took some portraits. They started at the altar, the perfect frame for an early-morning kiss. Then they headed over to the suspension bridge, which is surrounded by immaculate landscaping.
They finished their portraits by a dreamy waterfall, which was a romantic setting for a post-wedding stroll.
Before long, it was time for Chelsea & Brandon to join their guests at their Maui Destination Wedding reception, where they could eat, drink, mingle, and bask in their newlywed glow.
We give this couple and their Hyatt Maui wedding a 10/10. Beautiful inside and out, totally in love, and as radiant as a sunny Hawaii day!

Congratulations, Chelsea & Brandon! We are so grateful we got to be a part of your wedding in Maui, and we hope to see you again soon!

We’re so glad we got to be a part of Anna & Farrell’s Hyatt Maui Wedding. There’s something special about Kaanapali in the morning. The water is calm, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the views are incredible.
There’s also something special about Anna & Farrell: their kindness toward each other, their love that’s rooted in understanding and hope, and their blissful spirit.
Ready to see what we’re talking about? Scroll down to see this amazing couple say “I Do” at the Hyatt Regency Maui!

The Japengo Lawn is the perfect spot for a Maui morning wedding. This small corner of the Hyatt is slightly heightened, so you get great ocean views without worrying about beachgoers and resort guests.
In the evening, Japengo is a bustling (and delicious!) restaurant. But on a beautiful morning last week, it was all ours. We loved every minute of our ceremony here: the beautiful decor Anna selected, the look in Farrell’s eyes as he said his vows, and the romantic Hawaiian music Uncle Jimi chose for them.
We could go on and on, but these pictures say so much already. Check out these incredible images that Karma Hill Photography captured!

Anna & Farrell had two guests present at their Maui Hyatt wedding, but their virtual guest list extended across the globe. They chose our “Virtually There” upgrade option, which allowed them to Livestream their ceremony to countless loved ones, near and far.
Not only did they get to share the video with their virtual guests in real time, but they also get to watch it anytime, so Anna & Farrell can relive their Magical Maui Wedding through photos AND video.

Our wedding day adventures didn’t end when Anna & Farrell said “I Do.” Once they shared their vows and sealed them with a kiss, it was time to take their couple’s photos. The Japengo Lawn is stunning, so we got some special shots with their altar decor.
But we weren’t confined to their ceremony site. We were able to explore all of the Maui Hyatt, like their floral landscaping, swinging rope bridge, and styled waterfall.
As beautiful as these photo settings are, our favorite part is Anna & Farrell – the true stars of this Hyatt Maui Wedding.

Congratulations, Anna & Ferrell! We loved spending this gorgeous Maui morning with you can can’t wait to welcome you to the islands again!

Relaxed, simple, and fun are a few words that describe Wenting and Jacob’s venue wedding in Hawaii! Gannon’s lush lawn was the location for this event. Then, the soft sunset decorated the sky and created the perfect ambiance. Most importantly, our gorgeous couple had a radiant glow in every portrait captured by Karma Hill Photography. Continue scrolling to experience this event for yourself.

Wenting and Jacob decided to have a wedding in Hawaii because it’s the perfect location! Their ultimate goal was to have an intimate ceremony at a destination they could also spend their honeymoon. However, Maui’s tranquil environment and adventurous activities drew them in! This tropical getaway was their first time on the island — they couldn’t wait to experience this spot for themselves! Based on their smiles in these photos, you can tell they fell in love with this place.

Our delightful duo met during their time at the University of Connecticut! They were both Accounting Majors and happened to enroll in the same Federal Income Taxes class for the Fall of 2017. The universe works in magical ways because our passionate pair was in the same group for a semester-long project! Finally, on January 2, 2018, Wenting and Jacob began dating.
Then on August 21, 2021, Jacob popped the question. Our handsome groom thought the best place to propose would be the same spot they met! After a calming summer-night walk around campus, Jacob asked Wenting for her hand in marriage. From there, the rest is history!

Currently, Jacob is a Senior Tax Associate at ASSA ABLOY, Inc. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and attending concerts in his free them. Wenting is a Tax Associate with KPMG and loves to paint! Our radiant newlyweds like going on adventures and trying new cuisine. Having a venue wedding in Hawaii was perfect because they got to explore the island and taste Maui’s delicious food!

Congratulations, Wenting and Jacob! Thank you for sharing your special day with us. We wish you an adventure-filled future full of love and happiness!

Katie and Buddy’s Maui venue wedding was the perfect sunset occasion! Steeple House was the location, Rev. Kimo Kirkman was the officiant, and Chayce from Manutea Nui E enhanced the mood. Above all, we adore this event because it was colorful, family-oriented, and elegant! Continue scrolling, and you’ll fall in love with this sunset affair yourself.

Steeple House set a breathtaking backdrop for this event! Not only was the weather impeccable — the scenery was stunning. The afternoon sun was hanging high in the sky, so it shined down on the lush lawn vibrantly. You can see how this natural light enhances the brilliance of every portrait captured by Karma Hill Photography effortlessly! Surrounding Katie and Buddy are magical ocean views, enchanting trees, and rich foliage. Then the arch and airy fabric made the setting more dreamy!

Katie and Buddy’s special day wasn’t just about their connection — it was also a celebration for their family! Our beautiful pair included their four kiddos in every part of their wedding. Their sons were the ring bearers, while their daughters were the flower girls. In addition, Katie and Buddy also got them flower leis! After the ceremony, our radiant newlyweds’ children continued the festivities with pizza and juice for dinner. Then everyone had cupcakes for desserts!

Lastly, we like how Katie and Buddy dressed for their Maui venue wedding! Buddy is a handsome groom — his attire is sophisticated and sharp. We adore how he paired his cool-toned suit with brown shoes; they created a beautiful contrast of colors. Then Katie looks gorgeous! Her gown is elegant and airy — her chic hair and makeup styling go perfectly with her look.

It was a warm and partially sunny day on the island when LeeAnn and Brice tied the knot! There were a few fluffy clouds in the sky, but you could still see the sun’s vibrant glow. Then we gathered on the lush lawn of King Kamehameha Golf Club for our beautiful pair’s Maui destination wedding! This ceremony was a meaningful occasion to witness. More than anything, we’re thankful we could help this delightful duo get married in paradise! Keep scrolling to experience their event for yourself.

LeeAnn and Brice’s ceremony was at the King Kamehameha Golf Club! This spot is in the West Maui Mountains — making it an incredibly dreamy location. Surrounding this destination are dramatic peaks, lush greenery, and stunning bi-coastal views! We set up for LeeAnn and Brice’s wedding in a nestled corner of the Hoapili Gardens. This grassy overlook was perfect for our gorgeous pair’s ceremony because it’s intimate and full of natural scenery! Then the breathtaking island views only enhanced the serene ambiance.

This wedding began with Brice and the five guests arriving at the lush gardens. Our groom took his spot by the bamboo arch in the front. Then when everyone was ready, LeeAnn made her grand entrance! Our bride gracefully walked down the aisle with her father escorting her. Throughout this sunset affair, you could hear Kalani from Manutea Nui E playing his ukulele. We love how these soothing melodies added to the tropical and tranquil mood of the occasion! Then Rev. Joe Miles’ calming energy made LeeAnn and Brice’s ceremony intimate and heartwarming.

LeeAnn’s styling is exquisite — we adore how her regal hair and makeup pair with her gown. Then her Justin Alexander dress from Blush Bridal is classic and elegant! Above all, LeeAnn is a breathtaking bride! Then Brice’s suit from Men’s Wearhouse is sleek and sophisticated; we love how dapper he looks.

Getting married should feel like a dream come true! When Kimberly and James tied the knot, this occasion was intimate, romantic, and enchanting. We wouldn’t change a thing about their tropical affair! The Rustic Hawaiian Ruins set the scene for this wedding in Maui. Then our charming couple’s ceremony started right when the sun was sitting in its golden hour. Most importantly, Kimberly and James wore classic and elegant attire! Continue scrolling to see their special day for yourself.

Rustic Hawaiian Ruins was the location for our couple’s ceremony! The sun’s brilliance shined from between the lush trees. Although you couldn’t see the sky, you tell the weather was impeccable! However, we adore this venue because it naturally creates an enchanting background. You can see the lush greenery surrounding Kimberly and James beautifully! In addition, we like how our gorgeous pair decorated this spot. The driftwood arch and flowers adorning it enhanced the boho ambiance!

Clarissa from Karma Hill Photography didn’t miss any meaningful time during the ceremony! When the entrances began, she effortlessly captured them. We love seeing James’ reaction to his bride’s beauty as Kimberly walked down the aisle with her brother! Then throughout Rev. Joe Miles’ sermon, she photographed the affectionate moments and blissful smiles. Above all, Kimberly and James can revisit this collection and relive every monumental memory!

After Kimberly and James had their first kiss as a married couple, the celebrations continued! Our passionate pair had a cake cutting and sparkling cider toast ceremony. Christopher and Nicole’s venue wedding in Maui was the definition of romantic! Their ceremony was on the lush lawn of The Steeple House. We adore how this morning affair was tranquil, intimate, and elegant. Not to mention, they had the perfect weather when it was time to tie the knot. Although there were a few clouds, the morning sun shined bright in the sky! Above all, we love how gorgeous our radiant couple looks in every portrait. Keep scrolling to experience this event for yourself.

The Steeple House was the perfect location for this event! The property is large and full of breathtaking landscapes! The Whimsical trees, lush greenery, and sweeping ocean views are just a few of our favorites. Then the vibrant morning sun naturally enhanced the brilliance of these portraits and created a dreamy mood. We also like how its rays left a soft golden glow on the lawn! In addition, this destination is close to Ironwoods Beach. After their wedding, Tenessa from Karma Hill Photography captured our delightful duo’s seaside photos!

One of the reasons we adore Christopher and Nicole’s special day is because their loved ones were in attendance! Thirty-two of our charming couple’s friends and family joined them in Hawaii as they celebrated their connection. Our gorgeous pair even had a bridal party of eight standing alongside them as they exchanged rings, leis, and vows! It was heartwarming to see the sheer support Christopher and Nicole got on their wedding day. Most importantly, you can tell it meant a lot to our blissful newlyweds to have everyone commemorating their occasion with them!

Destination marriages are about the journey, and Kendall & Adam’s event was no exception. They chose to have a venue wedding in Maui! This decision led them to the lush lawn of Gannon’s — where they had an intimate and romantic ceremony. During this sunset affair, Karma Hill Photography captured every breathtaking moment! Continue scrolling to see this occasion for yourself.

Kendall and Adam arrived at Gannon’s separately! First, Adam walked his mom to her seat. Then, he took his spot by Reverend Kuya! During the ceremony’s prelude, Skip from Manutea Nui E played Hawaiian classics on the ukulele. These tunes enhanced the tropical mood of this sunset affair. It made everyone’s entrances more magical as well.

After everyone was standing at the front, it was time for Kendall to make her grand entrance! She glided down the aisle gracefully with her father by her side. Above all, we loved seeing the radiant smile on Adam’s face as Kendall walked toward him. You can tell he was thrilled to be marrying Kendall!

Kendall and Adam’s outfits were perfect for their special day! Kendall wore a simple and sleek gown. Then we love how hair, makeup, and accessories are elegant — they pair beautifully with her pastel Rustic Hawaiian bouquet. Adam looks sharp in his steel-colored suit! We like how his tie and boutonniere are delicate colors; they add a soft touch to his sophisticated look. More than anything, our favorite thing is how gorgeous this delightful duo looks together! Their attires contrast impeccably with one another.

We adore when a couple has their Maui venue wedding at Gannon’s for many reasons! The natural landscapes make every event look like a tropical fairytale. The green grass, lush trees, and sweeping ocean views decorated the background exquisitely! Then we can’t get enough of this stunning afternoon weather. Although there were a few clouds in the sky, the sun naturally enhanced the brilliance of every portrait!

Everything about Whitney and Anthony’s Maui venue wedding was breathtaking! The Olowalu Plantation House created the perfect backdrop for this ceremony. Then the weather was impeccable! We adore the magical ambiance and romantic mood of this sunset event. However, our favorite thing is seeing how Whitney and Anthony are glowing radiantly! You can tell our passionate pair is relishing every second of this intimate occasion. Continue scrolling to see them tie the knot!

The Olowalu Plantation House created the perfect scene for this sunset event. One of our favorite things about this venue is the stunning landscapes surrounding it! You can see the dramatic mountains and the sweeping ocean views in every shot captured by Karma Hill Photography. In addition, we love the summer weather! The soft blue sky was visible because there were no clouds. Not to mention, the afternoon sun was shining brightly on the lush lawn. We like how this brilliance naturally enhanced the lighting in every portrait!

Whitney and Anthony decided to tie the knot in Maui because she adores the island! Our bride visited a few times with her relatives and immediately fell in love with Hawaii. However, Anthony has only been to Kauai! Whitney says if she and Anthony could move here and bring their families — they would! Our charming couple wanted their wedding to be simple, elegant, and relaxed. Thankfully, their sunset occasion was everything they desired and more!

Whitney and Anthony met through his sister, Rafaela, who also happened to be Whitney’s best friend in high school. On April 6, 2021, Anthony popped the question to Whitney! Our delightful duo walked down the beach when Anthony got down on one knee. Unknown to Whitney, Anthony had the ring for months and kept it a surprise from her and their families! Currently, Anthony is a landscaper. Then Whitney is an Elementary School Special Education Teacher. Most importantly, this adventurous pair is celebrating ten years of being together!

Congratulations, Whitney and Anthony! It was a pleasure to be part of this unforgettable event. We wish you a future full of camping trips and Disneyland adventures!
