Our Couple’s Story

Rachael and Philip’s story began when they met at the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2007. Then in 2016, they got engaged in the Gardens of Eze in Southern France! In November of 2019, Marissa and Gloria got engaged! After almost two years, in 2021, they planned a trip to Hawaii. When deciding where they wanted to get married, they couldn’t think of a better place to tie the knot! Above all, their Maui elopement was intimate and romantic. Po’olenalena Beach set the scene for this event, and the sweeping landscapes created a stunning backdrop! Surrounding our lovely couple are lofty palm trees, striking lava rocks, and foamy cerulean waves. Although there were silky clouds above them — they enhanced the dreamy ambiance. Then, as the sun sets on the horizon, you’ll see a spectrum of pastel hues painting the sky! We couldn’t have asked for a more magical background for this elopement!

Why We Adore Their Maui Elopement

Marissa and Gloria’s special day is relaxing, simple, and beautiful. On the days leading up to this event, our charming couple was full of nothing but excitement and love! Our brides arrived at the shore together — both wearing elegant attire. You can see how flawlessly their chic outfits pair with their white flower leis. Our Couple’s Story

Our gorgeous couple met one another on the first day of their new job with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. They instantly clicked during their four months at the academy. Since then, they’ve been inseparable! In 2019, they got engaged in Houston, Texas. Currently, they’ve been together for six years! They’re both U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stationed in South Texas. When they’re not working, you can find them traveling and trying different foods. We hope they got to taste the delicious cuisine Hawaii has to offer after their Maui elopement!

Last week, we had the pleasure of helping Kelsey and Monte tie the knot under the soft sunset. Their Maui beach elopement was romantic, elegant, and intimate! Held at a location, we like how the natural landscapes and clear weather created a dreamy ambiance for this event. Above all, we’re glad we got to see this beautiful couple become husband and wife. Kelsey and Monte arrived at the beach together for their ceremony. However, this didn’t stop our bride from making her grand entrance! While Monte was standing at the shore with the Officiant, Kahu Euta, Kelsey walked down the sand. Our bride looked breathtaking in her airy white gown; we love how her train gracefully trailed behind her. Then, our groom is handsome in his sophisticated but classic deep blue suit. Most importantly, we like how flawlessly Monte’s boutonniere pairs with Kelsey’s Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet and matching flower crown.

The Enchanting Maui Beach Elopement

Ironwoods Beach was the location for this event. We love this West Maui spot because it never fails to set a dreamy scene for events. Since this elopement was during sunset, a spectrum of pastel hues painted the sky. Then surrounding our couple are dramatic lava rocks, sapphire waves, and ivory sand.

After this passionate pair became husband and wife, they had their cake-cutting ceremony! The golden custom topper and flowers are simple but meaningful decorations for this one-tier treat.

Before the sun disappeared, our lovely couple had Karma Hill Photography capture some cliff portraits. We have no doubt these pictures will always remind Kelsey and Monte of their Maui beach elopement because they’re exquisite! In the background, you can see the soft purple and pink hues coloring in the sky. Not to mention, our charming couple looks as if they’re in their own world!
