Our darling couple had the most perfect morning for their Maui beach wedding! The Hawaiian sun was shining down on them as they exchanged their heartfelt and loving vows…

It wouldn’t be an authentic beach wedding without the love and support of their ohana! Carrie and Paul look so happy to be surrounded by their loving friends and family! As you can imagine, they were ready to celebrate, but first, we wanted to capture a few intimate portraits of our newlyweds in the morning sun!

We love how elegant, and easygoing our beautiful couple looks in their Maui beach wedding portraits – barefoot and sunkissed! And Carrie’s tropical bouquet was exquisite! Perfect for a Maui-born beauty…

Our happy newlyweds now live in Minnesota, but as you can see in these photos, they cherished these playful moments splashing in the water together at Polo Beach! Since Paul has never been to Hawaii, this was even more special for them both… and he loved every minute of it too! They wanted something simple, easygoing, fun, and beautiful… and their big day was exactly that!

Love In Paradise – Maui Destination Wedding

Jean and Adrian embraced every bit of the Hawaiian culture in their Maui destination wedding – from the tropical florals to the ambiance of Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, a stunningly beautiful and authentic venue set in the ruins of an 1800s church. The lush greenery is a gorgeous backdrop to say, “I do!” Our lovely couple exchanged their sweet vows within the original coral brick walls surrounding the altar, which added to the sacred feeling of the moment!

And to add to the authenticity of their beautiful day, our beautiful couple wanted a few portraits at the nearby Menehune Beach with the setting sun. It was the perfect ending to their Maui destination wedding! Even though they were excited to celebrate with their friends and family, they wanted to savor this moment on the beach together!

Surrounded by a golden glow, Jean looks just as glowing in her Haku flower crown! She looks like the picture of a Maui bride; elegant, relaxed, and carefree!

“His blue eyes got me!” Kati said as she retold her story about debating whether to go out with her workout trainer, Ryan! Needless to say, they hit it off instantly and eloped to Maui! Their Maui elopement was a beautiful day; we couldn’t be happier for these two! Please keep reading to see how their day unfolded…

Meant To Be – Maui Elopement

Their ceremony was just the two of them, which made it feel even more special! These two are the best of friends even though they were set up by Kati’s friend who was Ryan’s boss! Although, at the time, Kati wasn’t looking for a relationship. However, she knew this was something special right away…and from our camera’s view, we think so too!

How beautiful do they look? Kati looks radiant in her flowy, beachy gown…and we love a man in a white suit! Ryan dressed perfectly to match his gorgeous bride!

Clearly, Kati was literally swept off her feet by her handsome new husband, Ryan! They both were smiling ear to ear…one thing for sure is that their initial workout session will be one they will forever remember!

We wandered up the dramatic cliffs of Ironwoods with our loving newlyweds to capture a few more stunning portraits of their Maui elopement!

The raw beauty of the deep ocean was the perfect backdrop to these photos…the colors are so soft and pastel, which makes these intimate portraits feel like a tropical dream!

Can you imagine meeting the love of your life at 15 years old? These two can! Courtney and Sadiq met at a conference when they were 15 years old; years later, they are now getting married at their Maui venue wedding! Please keep reading to re-live their incredible day!

So our beautiful couple attended a leadership conference and reconnected ten years later! Once they reconnected, they immediately knew it was happily ever after… Courtney calls it divine timing!

Their beautiful son joined his proud parents at the altar too! It was a lovely family moment…

The moment when they exchanged their vows felt like a dream! The light was so soft and romantic as it filtered through the bamboo arch on the grassy lawn at Gannon’s. These photos feel so enchanting!

And their sweet little boy wanted to be back in Papa’s arms as soon as possible! So sweet.

They were surrounded by their big, loving families who were ecstatic about their Maui venue wedding! But first, our newlyweds went down to Southside Beach for a few intimate portraits…and these quite possibly are our favorites of the day!

The sky was a surreal peachy pink that was so flattering in these photos! They cherished these moments as the sun set in the sky…Courtney looks gorgeous in her flowy beachy wedding dress! And Sadiq is equally sharp in his classic black-and-white look!

How romantic are these photos?! They had the most incredible sunset to end their Maui venue wedding! The energy and connection were magnetic between our darling newlyweds!

It was a quiet and intimate affair, and their close friends and family joined our beautiful couple…that’s all that matters! Enveloped in a golden glow, their beautiful ceremony began right by the shoreline at Maluaka Beach. Addyson and Cody’s personal and heartfelt words drifted into the ocean breeze…Maui beach elopements are often far more moving than a grand wedding, as you can see! With his back turned, Martin stood in anxious anticipation to see his beautiful bride Jessica! Their Maui elopement was an elegant and tropical affair that left us smiling right alongside them! Their beautiful ceremony began with their personal vows to the sound of the gentle waves at Lahaina Shores. These lovebirds were bewitched by each other as the whole world melted around them as they exchanged their rings…it was so romantic!

A kiss to remember! These two couldn’t look any happier! They were joined by Jessica’s lovely daughter Elle who looked so pleased for them both!

How beautiful are they together! Jessica looks so beautiful in her Haku flower crown; the colors complemented her gorgeous tropical bouquet! Martin looked effortlessly cool in his ocean blue aloha shirt too! These two are the sweetest!

Our darling couple has the sweetest story of how they met! Hanna and Dustin’s Maui elopement was a long time coming, as you’ll find out! But it was another beautiful day in paradise that these two would never forget! So, please keep reading to learn their endearing story…

There was always something more between these two…so in middle school, Dustin was Hanna’s older brother’s friend, and she had the biggest crush on him for what felt like an eternity! Little did Dustin know! They became very close friends in their early 20s but never dated. They reconnected almost ten years later and knew they had to get married! How sweet is that?!

We were so touched as they exchanged their thoughtful and meaningful vows. You can feel the deep friendship and love for each other in these photos! Their middle school selves would never have guessed they would have eloped together years later in Maui! We were so happy to capture these moments they will treasure forever!

Hanna looked radiant in her creamy minimalist gown, perfect for a Maui elopement on the beach! She was the picture of effortless elegance, don’t you think? And Dustin looked very handsome in his linen suit, which perfectly complemented the beachy ambiance!

Our beautiful newlyweds initially did not want to have any formal ceremony. They thought to spend just their honeymoon in Maui, but they ultimately decided it would be nice to have some photos and memories of a Maui elopement! And they have never been either! We are so happy they chose otherwise!

The light in the following photos is so stunning! It was so soft and golden…Po’olenalena Beach was the gorgeous location for their Maui elopement. This picturesque beach has a long stretch of sandy beach that is perfect for catching one of Maui’s epic sunsets too!

We rarely hear such a long love story like our beautiful pair, so this felt deeply special! Without a doubt, their deep friendship will carry them with strength and support in their next chapter together as husband and wife! We couldn’t be more pleased for you two!

And the sunset that evening didn’t disappoint! How happy they look! It was such a great end to their incredible day – it stopped us in our tracks!

Lastly, let’s talk about that arch! We love its beach yet elegantly tropical feel – it added that extra special touch to their thoughtful ceremony!

Joined with their friends and family, our newlyweds can officially say they are “Just Maui’d!” As much as we praise smaller weddings, we also love how lively and fun a large group can be! We can’t decide which we like better!?

Needless to say, their guests were happy to make the journey to our island to celebrate with our happy newlyweds!

“I believe that I have found my person; not everyone gets to say that,” Madison told us before her Maui venue wedding. These two were meant for each other from the start! We were so happy to photograph their wedding recently that we wanted to share a few highlights from their amazing day!

The day began with their fabulous wedding parties getting ready! We love the soft lavender color of the bridesmaid’s dresses, and the groomsmen’s ties matched perfectly! The atmosphere around the room was full of excitement and nerves, as you can believe!

The First Look

When our beautiful bride was dressed in her sparkling gown, her handsome groom was ready to see her for the first look! This was such a precious moment; the look on Peter’s face was priceless… Madison was radiant! They were ready for the ceremony to begin!

The location for their big day was at the grassy knoll at Gannon’s in Kihei. With ocean views for miles, this location is a stunning spot to catch one of Maui’s famous sunsets!

As they exchanged their vows and rings, their friends and family watched on with affection and love for our happy couple. Their Maui venue wedding will be a moment in time they will never forget!

A few days ago, we had the absolute pleasure of photographing Angela and Thomas’ Maui elopement! It was a simple and lovely celebration that centered around their love and commitment to each other. Elopements are so incredibly moving because all the noise and fanfare are stripped away and what’s left is what truly matters most at the heart of it! So let’s see a few highlights of their precious day…

At The Heart of It All

It was a glorious afternoon; the sun shone on our sweet pair for their Maui elopement. Elopements are the most intimate of nuptial celebrations that leave us deeply moved. You could feel their deep connection and love for each other when they stepped onto the beach! It was a relaxed, carefree ambiance that was so fitting for our lovely couple. At the heart of it, they wanted something simple centered around just the two. It was so beautiful to witness!

The Look of Love

When they exchanged their leis, Angela looked at Tom with such warmth and love, as you can see below. It took us aback as if they were the only two in the world! That makes a Maui elopement so special…it’s nothing but you and your partner with the waves, sunshine, and sand in paradise. Thomas couldn’t stop staring at his beautiful bride too!

Our hearts lept as Reverend Richardo declared our stunning couple, “husband and wife!” It was the moment they both had been waiting for… you can see the joy and happiness radiating around them!

Angela was a vision in white – she opted for a delicate beaded gown that sparkled in the sunlight! Her tropical bouquet completed her glowing complexion. Doesn’t she look stunning?!

Now it was time to celebrate! We took a few portraits of our newlyweds as the sun began to dip below the horizon. The lighting was so soft and luminescent! Tom looked happy and proud as he embraced his new bride…so romantic! Their genuine love and support for each other shone through our lens the entire afternoon, as you’ll see below…

For their Maui elopement, our charming couple chose Maluaka beach for their special celebration. We love this beach for a Maui elopement because it is a long, beautiful beach on the quieter side. Opposed to the more crowded and touristy beaches, this one is calmer and has the most amazing sunsets!

These two! We think these are our favorite photos of the day yet! There is such warmth, affection, and deep friendship between them… so blissfully happy!

Paradise Found

After the most serene portraits, our dear couple’s playful side came out! They danced, twirled, and soaked in the tropical scenery as the sky turned to amber and gold… just the two of them. We were in awe of these precious moments! Maui elopements are truly enchanting!
