The Maui Venue Wedding

Five Palms in Wailea was the perfect location for this ceremony. The delightful sunset painted an array of colors across the sky as the sun shined brightly on our lovely couple. In every picture, you can see the ocean shimmering in the background from the bright rays! Above all, we love how the ivory sand and sharp lava rocks add a touch of drama to every shot.

The first to walk down the aisle was Rikki and Michael’s four-year-old daughter, Ava. She gracefully walked down the aisle tossing white flower petals into the air.

After that, Rikki glided down the aisle with her father by her side. She is such a breathtaking bride — you can see Michael agrees with us too! Karma Hill Photography effortlessly captured the exact moment our charming couple met eyes. We adore Michael’s ecstatic expression and the vibrant smile on Rikki’s face.

We love the Five Palms because of how spacious it is. The lush grass of this spot flawlessly fit all twenty-three of our delightful couple’s guests. Although it was really windy, you can tell everyone was still overjoyed for the Maui venue wedding!

Most people experience love at first sight. For Jennifer and Eric, it was love at first duck! Held at the Five Palms in Wailea, this Maui venue wedding was mystical. Scroll down to see this lovely evening for yourself!

The Maui Venue Wedding

Jennifer and Eric united under the soft sunset at Five Palms Wailea. All the grass was lush and the sandy beach was in the distance. This venue comfortably fits all fifty of their guests! Everyone had a beautiful view of the gorgeous couple and scenic landscapes around them. We adore how the lofty palm trees are framing the ceremony exquisitely. 

It can often get windy at this location, but it worked flawlessly for this photo session. All of the portraits are so airy and romantic! In every picture captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can see our stunning bride’s hair flowing in the wind gracefully! Most importantly, we love how the breeze is carrying Jennifer’s dress in every shot.

Our Couple’s Story

Jennifer and Eric are Southern California natives who moved to the Pacific Northwest. They first met at a bar in Seattle named Rabbit Hole after matching on a popular dating app. For their second date, Eric cooked duck then invited Jennifer over. During their dinner, they knew it was love at first duck!

Our charming couple decided to take a vacation because 2020 was a long year for them. We couldn’t think of a better time for their Maui venue wedding!

The Maui Venue Wedding

Natasha & Asitamani tied the knot with twenty-nine of their closest friends and family surrounding them. Held at the scenic Five Palm Wailea, this wedding is the definition of intimate and heartwarming! We love how the ultramarine ocean is crashing behind them as the morning sun shines down brightly. Above all, everything about this breathtaking location will make you feel as if you’re in a tropical fairytale!

Natasha has always wished to have a wedding on the beach. So we made sure to make her dream a reality! In the photos captured by Karma Hill Photography, you can see how their ceremony is beautifully rustic and elegant. We love how the bamboo arch pairs flawlessly with the light sage green accents in the wedding party’s outfits.

Our Couple’s Story

Fate always works in strange ways — but it definitely knew what it was doing for Natasha and Asitamani! Their story began when they coincidentally met while driving on the freeway. When the time was right, this beautiful couple began dating. It was Halloween night in 2017 when they got engaged. The best part? They dressed up as werewolves! This trip was their first time in Hawaii. Now, this island will always have a special place in their hearts because of their Maui venue wedding.

The scenic Five Palms Maui was the location for Brandi and Kyle’s ceremony. We love this venue because it’s spacious, near the beach, and always has a gorgeous sunset! Our charming couple’s wedding party and guests fit comfortably here and still had a great view of everything. 

With the breathtaking views surrounding you, you’ll feel like you’re in a dream — especially as the sun is setting. During this intimate occasion, the setting sun shone on the ocean making it sparkle enchantingly.

Brandi looks absolutely stunning! We love her elegantly styled hair and chic makeup look. Not to mention, she’s radiating happiness in every picture. Overall, she is such an ethereal bride!

What a handsome groom! The simplicity of his tan slacks, dress shirt, and black suspenders complement his fun tropical bow tie effortlessly. We love how the neutral colors look amazing with the warm tones of the beach.

Most importantly, Kyle and Brandi’s wedding attire goes together beautifully! Both of them look natural and vibrant in every photo. We’re excited to see how they show off these lovely wedding portraits!

From the delightful sunset, striking lava rocks, and cool sapphire water — this wedding looks like it’s out of a fairytale! You can see how the bright shades from the decorations complement the natural tones of this outdoor venue.

The spectrums of yellows, pinks, and oranges in this tropical bouquet are so vibrant! These vivid colors accent the greenery of the arrangement so effortlessly.

Daniella & Edward’s Maui Micro Wedding took place on the oceanside venue of the 5 Palms in Wailea. There was a special feeling in the air as friends and family cheered them on. With an island breeze and the warm, tropical sun, this ceremony was kicked back, relaxed, and surrounded by family–just as our couple had wished for! 

The Maui Micro Wedding

The moment Daniella walked down the aisle was pure magic. Our couple’s two adorable kids lead the way, and Mom stepped out in a flowing, high-neck lace gown and all the glow of a woman in love. It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, all beautifully captured by the Karma Hill Photography team. 

5 Palms is the perfect venue for a seaside ceremony. Daniella and Edward fell in love with Kauai two years ago and knew they wanted to tie the knot in front of the Hawaiian ocean. We were thrilled to help them find a venue for their Maui micro wedding with plenty of seating for their guests and only steps away from the golden shore. 

Our Couple’s Story

Daniella and Edward met during their senior year in high school while they were working on the yearbook. But because both were in a relationship, nothing happened except for a bit of harmless teenage flirting. Fast Forward seven years, and a Facebook friend request turned into the love of a century! 

Our bride tells their story: “On our first date, he took me to dinner, and then we drove down to a local beach and just sat in the sand in the dark, watching the waves, talking about anything and everything. I had just had foot surgery a month prior so he had to give me a piggyback ride because walking in the sand hurt lol. 4 years later he took me to the exact spot and at sunset he dropped down to one knee!”

Alexis and Bryan’s beautiful Maui wedding took place on the sweeping lawns of the 5 Palms in Wailea. It was a sunny day with an island breeze and a handful of loved ones watching on as Alexis and Bryan tied their lives together. We were so thrilled to help make their dreams come true!

There was so much joy during Alexis and Bryan’s ceremony! As the bride walked down the aisle in the arm of her proud father, it was pure magic. Bryan took in the sight of the love of his life, and Alexis held his gaze, looking incredibly beautiful in a lace gown and the sweetest smile. The only thing that could compare was the smile Bryan returned! 

There’s nothing quite like that special Maui wedding moment when the reverend announces our couple as married! The cheers of the guests blended with the roaring ocean, and destiny was made! There was no limit to the smiles!

It was nothing but magic for Melissa and Chevin’s Maui micro wedding at the 5 Palms in Wailea! With loved ones cheering on, the sparkling ocean in the backdrop, and a love fit for the century, this was a ceremony we won’t soon forget!

The Maui Micro Wedding

Reverend Richardo officiated the ceremony with grace and warmth. It was the perfect mellow yet lovely ceremony. Our bride and groom shared heartfelt vows before they became officially married. They then shared their first dance and swayed in each other’s arms, taking in the special moment. 

After the ceremony, we had a great time helping the Karma Hill Photography team capture spectacular images of Melissa and Chevin as they spent their first hour together as husband and wife. The sunset was simply spectacular. The slightly overcast sky lit up with a brilliant glow as if to say congratulations to our amazing couple. 

Our Couple’s Story

Our bride shares their story: “We met at college in Oklahoma City. Both of us played sports (baseball & volleyball). Our school was pretty small so we made a connection early on. We’ve been dating for 6 years now! We got engaged on December 20th of 2020.”

“The original plan was to take a trip to California and go to San Diego. That’s where he planned on proposing😉. Then covid shut that down so we ended up back in Oklahoma for a few days. Chevin set up a special spot by the lake. And had a fun engagement party with all our friends and family! It was perfect and meant to be that we ended up there!”

Jodie and Jacy were married last week on the beautiful grounds of the 5 Palms in Wailea. Their Maui venue wedding was bright and airy and filled with love from friends and family. Together since high school, Jodie and Jacy wanted a simple yet beautiful wedding, so they knew the island of their childhood home was the perfect place to say “I do.”

With all their family on the island, Jodie and Jacy tied the knot on the southern coast with the blue Pacific in the backdrop. A bamboo arch with classic white draping and blooms to match the bride’s bouquet served as the perfect frame for this sweet couple.

There was a gentle breeze as our beautiful bride walked down the aisle linking arms with her father. Jodie and Jacy have already come so far in their journey of love with such a solid foundation beneath them. And now this day marked the beginning of their journey in marriage.

Jodie and Jacy were lucky enough to find their true love while they were very young. Together since high school, Jodie and Jacy have an incredible son (this awesome guy!), and love to have fun together. Kendra and Robert’s gorgeous venue wedding in Maui felt like a little holiday of its own! With lots of friends and family cheering them on and plenty to smile about, it was like the ocean was clapping along with the guests! The Venue Wedding in Maui

The 5 Palms is a venue like no other. With a ceremony location directly on the oceanfront and an island breeze touched with the salt of the sea, this is truly the experience of paradise. Kendra and Robert seemed right at home amongst the beauty. Wearing a striking gown with bell sleeves and endless lace, Kendra looked radiant. Robert watched his beautiful bride approach with a welcoming look of pure love. 

Following their “I do’s,” our couple sliced into a simple wedding cake decorated with flowers to match our bride’s gorgeous bouquet. Loved ones were laughing and chatting excitedly to celebrate Kendra and Robert’s union as our photography team whisked them away for some romantic couple’s portraits by the ocean. 

The ceremony was slightly overcast, but with the Maui sky, clouds are a good thing when it comes to sunset! The entire sky lit up with a brilliant glow as the island wished Kendra and Robert happiness and love in their marriage. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful venue wedding in Maui.

Mona and Nathan’s Maui Venue Wedding took place on the oceanside lawn of the 5 Palms in Wailea, and what a breathtaking day it was! With plenty of sunlight and an island breeze to cool the guests, Mona and Nathan took the wonderful step of starting their journey as husband and wife.

The day was vibrant with glistening oceans and clear skies. We loved how both the bride and groom made their entrance arm and arm with their loving parent. The smiles were contagious! The moment Mona stepped out into the aisle was magical. A hush came over the venue and Nathan clasped his hands together as he watched her, so ready to tie his life together with his beautiful bride. 

Our Couple’s Story

Mona and Nathan are both pharmacists who grew up in Oregon! Together they love exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, trying out new recipes, and hanging with family. They met at work and dated while Mona was finishing up pharmacy school. It seemed like Fate had prescribed them “love of the century,” and Nathan knew the time was right. During a hike along the Columbia Gorge, Nathan asked Mona to spend the rest of her life with him. And the rest of their story is right here on the blog!

Krista and Ashlee said “I do” with a Micro Wedding in Hawaii on the green lawn of the 5 Palms in Wailea. The tradewinds came out to play but it only added to the comfortable atmosphere, with plenty of sunshine to warm guests’ shoulders and an island breeze to keep them cool. There was endless happiness on the shore that day, and we could not get enough of the love shared between our brides!

The Micro Wedding in Hawaii

Krista and Ashlee walked down the aisle hand in hand, wearing complementary gowns and smiles that said it all. This is the day their future begins! Holding matching Rustic Hawaiian Bouquets and sporting elegant sandals, Krista and Ashlee looked right at home against the seaside, not to mention right at home with each other! From smiles to sweet lean-ins, these two were clearly made for each other and it was a joy to be a part of their Micro Wedding in Hawaii! 

Our Couple’s Story

Krista works as the athletic trainer and teacher of the medical classes at a local high school, and Ashlee works with the women’s basketball team at one of the local universities. They love all things camping, especially spending the summer months in their camper trailer. Together they have two pups and love to play games– cards, board, yard– you name it and Krista and Ashlee probably love it!

Krista and Ashlee have been together since 2005 and met while Krista was in high school and they were both lifeguards at a local pool. The connection was instant, but it took several years for the romance to bloom. Then one special Christmas morning, Ashlee looked into her stocking. When she found that ring at the bottom, she turned and found Krista on her knee! A life-long love? Best Christmas present ever! Scroll for more of this sweet couple!
