We are delighted to share Kalia and Justin’s big day with you! It was an amazing day on the island’s South Shore, filled with love, joy, and happiness. Kalia and Justin were surrounded by their closest loved ones as they shared heartfelt vows and celebrated in style at their Maui venue wedding. These two were so excited to finally tie the knot in paradise and begin the next chapter of their lives together! Happy Moments

So you may be wondering where this incredible venue is… It’s the oceanfront lawn at the luxury Andaz Resort in Wailea! Kalia and Justin fell in love with the island when they visited in 2021, so the idea of a Maui venue wedding seemed like the ultimate dream for their big day! “I would love everyone I care about to at least see and enjoy its beauty at least once in their life,” Kalia told our wedding coordinators. As you can imagine, all of their guests were beyond thrilled to be there; it was a vacation for them, too! Our sweet couple originally planned on getting married at Olowalu Plantation House, but due to the recent wildfires, our nimble team made the seamless venue change. If couples have any concerns about the recent wildfires, our wedding coordinators are happy to assist in changing venues and locations without a hitch.

They exchanged their vows under the magnificent old-growth kiawe tree set against the turquoise ocean. The vibrant tropical floral arrangements and the verdant foliage illuminated in the sun really make their wedding photography pop!

Kalia and Justin were smiling ear to ear throughout their entire intimate ceremony. Their love and deep friendship were palpable; these two have been dating for six years! We couldn’t be happier for them both!

It wouldn’t be a complete Maui venue wedding without some newlywed portraits by the ocean! Our photographer whisked away our delightful new Mr. & Mrs. to the beach just out front of the venue. How exquisite do they both look? Kalia in her embroidered lace gown and Justin in his ocean blue suit took our breath away when they walked down the white sandy shoreline. Simply stunning! It all started online, when fate intervened. After Dan’s former partner passed away, Chris reached out to offer his condolences and support. Little did they know that this compassionate gesture would blossom into something truly extraordinary. They started dating in January 2020, and their love grew stronger with each passing day. Their bond was undeniable, and they decided to take the leap and got engaged in November 2021. And guess where the magical proposal took place? In their very own treehouse, tucked away in the back of their house, which holds a special place in their hearts. So we are beyond excited to share their special sunkissed day with you!

Tropical Blessings

Their Maui venue wedding was an elegant and enchanting affair, filled with Jewish traditions and adorned with a stunning chuppah. As Dan’s children stood by their side, the atmosphere was filled with love and joy. In addition, the simple blessings from the little ones added an extra layer of sweetness to the celebration. Everyone present was overjoyed to share in the happiness of this beautiful couple!

Dan and Chris originally booked their Maui venue wedding at Olowalu Plantation, but due to the recent wildfires on the island, our nimble wedding coordinators were able to seamlessly transition their celebration to Hotel Wailea on the South Side. And as you can see, it was just as dreamy as they could have ever hoped for!

After the ceremony, the newlyweds strolled hand-in-hand on Southside Beach for some incredibly romantic portraits. Against the backdrop of Maui’s natural beauty, their love radiated just like the setting sun. The island seemed to bless them with an awe-inspiring sunset! It was a moment where time stood still, and their hearts were filled with gratitude and joy!

From their humble beginnings in Southern California, these lovebirds now call Bellevue, Washington home. Jessika teaches little ones as a Pre-k teacher, while Ryan works his magic as a realtor.

Not only did they choose this stunning island as the backdrop for their wedding, but it’s also where their love story took an exciting turn almost two years ago when they got engaged. It was a sight to behold, truly spectacular! As Jessika and Ryan exchanged vows, they looked absolutely radiant against the backdrop of tropical greenery. We are excited to share beautiful moments from Elizabeth and Juan’s big day! It was an elegant and dreamy affair with friends and family gathered to celebrate their nuptials. Liz’s father always dreamt of walking his daughter down Hawaii’s beaches one day…and our wedding coordinators made that come true! (A grassy aisle in Hawaii is close enough!) Our happy pair met online and took their first trip as a couple together to Maui. “And it’s only gotten better since,” the happy pair exclaimed before their Maui venue wedding! Liz made a stunning entrance in her untraditional yet traditional white A-line gown at Gather in Kihei. Her father proudly walked her down the grassy aisle to meet her soon-to-be husband, waiting for her at the blooming floral bamboo arch. Both look exceptional, standing next to each other in their creamy attire! It was simple, sweet, elegant, and oh-so-romantic! Juan is from Peru, and while they hoped to have some celebrations there, they opted for both a Maui venue wedding and reception for all to attend. It turned out to be a glorious day!

Joyous Moment

With their hearts bursting with love and joy, our newlyweds made their way down to Southside Beach for a few moments alone to soak in the sunshine and bask in the moment. Liz changed from her heels and opted for a fun, flirty ankle wrap! So fun! The sunset casts a magical glow over the happy pair in these oceanside portraits that truly transports you to another time and place! They look so relaxed and carefree in these newlywed portraits…as if the rest of the world melted away and the only thing that matters was the moment…

Liz is originally from Wisconsin and works as a physical therapist. Similarly, after finishing medical school in Peru, Juan came to the US to continue his training and works as a pulmonary/critical care specialist. And fate had a hand in their meeting when he moved to Wisconsin to finish his training!

“We wanted to do something small, in a great location, and keep it really simple,” our lovely pair told us before their Maui venue wedding. It was a beautiful and inimate affair and ended in the most magnificent way, as you’ll see!

Our happy pair opted for the lush property of Wailea Beach Resort, with the glimmering ocean by their backs and the sun on their faces. It was a lovely day in every way! The joy was written across their faces as they exchanged their loving vows of commitment in the bright sunshine.

These two love birds met online and have so much in common – their big sports fans! These two found their perfect match!

After their “I dos,” our lovely new Mr. & Mrs. went down to the rocky coastline (they love adventure, after all!) for some incredibly glowy portraits! These sunset backlit photographs are simply stunning! The setting sun enhances their love and the excitement they feel in the moment. Zack and Anna look so elegant in their wedding attire, from her silky gown paired with her fun sneakers and his sharp linen suit! And is that a sporty reference we see in their shoes and socks?! Our lovely pair went for a traditional but nontraditional feel of a Persian wedding with the sofreh aghd on the grassy lawn at Gather. It was wonderful to see how they incorporated cultural elements and touches of tropical beauty into the golden circle arch and pineapples along the aisle. All these little details make their celebration feel that much more personal…

These two look head over heels in love! All the bounty and blessings of their sofreh aghd made their Maui venue wedding feel even more special. It all felt like a dream…They couldn’t stop gushing over each other! Their chemistry was palpable in every look and glance. With many kisses and hugs from their family, our newlyweds made their way down to Southside Beach to capture some romantic portraits by the waves….

These beach portraits are everything! Sara looks impeccable with her frothy off-the-shoulder gown…a true goddess! Kenny opted for a smart classic navy suit reflecting deep ocean blue. They were so at ease in each other’s embrace, laughing and giggling only as newlyweds can! They were beaming ear to ear as the sun slowly lowered below the horizon. Their inimate celebration was held at Gather, one of our favorite venues for a Maui wedding. The view, the privacy, and the grassy lawn make it such a beautiful location to tie the knot! And as you can see, Carly and Jordan opted for a stunning driftwood arch with tropical florals to serve as the altar under the swaying palm trees. Their Maui destination wedding had all the elements they were looking for – simplicity, elegance, rustic, with unique details.

Their intimate ceremony was full of emotion as they said their vows in front of those who mattered most to them. The way they look at each other says it all!

Carly was a vision in a frothy gown! The combination of pink and green flowers is so fresh! They both look so happy in these newlywed portraits! Justin, a high school engineering teacher, and Matthew, the aerospace engineer, committed to love and cherish each other for the rest of their lives at their Maui venue wedding. Their love story is filled with shared hobbies, furry companions, and a passion for adventure!

Justin and Matthew’s connection was ignited when they met online. It was a perfect match! As they navigated the ups and downs of getting to know each other, their bond grew stronger until Justin proposed to Matt after skydiving! Our happy couple chose Merriman’s in Kapalua as the backdrop for their special day. Its breathtaking views and serene ambiance made it the perfect setting to exchange their vows. Despite never having been to Hawaii, the island’s beauty made their wedding ceremony even more extraordinary!

Justin and Matthew looked dashing and elegant, dressed in matching black suits with exotic orchid boutonnières. The joy radiating from their faces was undeniable as they stood before their loved ones, ready to embark on this new chapter of their lives. Their genuine happiness and love for one another were evident in every glance and touch!

Love was in the air as Quimbey and Timothy exchanged their vows in a beautiful Maui venue wedding! The excitement was palpable as they reaffirmed their commitment to each other, surrounded by their loved ones.

With his ten years of service in the Navy and his expertise in the semiconductor field, Timothy has always been a dedicated and hardworking individual. When he’s not busy lifting weights or cheering for his favorite football team, the Seahawks, he enjoys watching basketball games and crime shows.

On the other hand, our lovely bride, Quimbey, is a compassionate Registered Nurse who finds joy in cycling and spending time with their grandchildren. Their granddaughter, Zariuh, even had the special role of being the adorable flower girl on their big day!

Having always wanted to visit Maui, they saw this as the perfect opportunity to tie the knot and further their general desire to explore new places together!

Their ceremony was a simple yet elegant affair at our Rustic Hawaiian Ruins venue, beautifully set in the palms and foliage. This lush scenery is what makes this venue feel like your own little paradise for your vows. Surrounded by the breathtaking tropical beauty, they exchanged heartfelt vows that brought tears to the eyes of their guests!

After their sweet ceremony, the happy newlyweds headed to the beach for some glowy sunset portraits. The soft pastel colors painted the sky, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for their love-filled moments. Quimbey and Timothy look so radiant and elegant, basking in the bliss of newlywed love!
