It was the perfect choice for these two lovebirds, who have always wanted a small, intimate celebration surrounded by the people who matter most.

Kim, who works in Account Management for a skincare company, and Rob, a Prop Maker for Film & Television, live a beautiful life in Vancouver, BC, where they spend their free time exploring the forest behind their home, traveling, and enjoying their creative hobbies—Kim with her cooking and reading, and Rob with painting and photography. Maui has always held a special place in Kim’s heart, thanks to her family vacations growing up, and once Rob experienced its charm, they knew it was the perfect spot for their big day.

Their wedding at Southside Beach was nothing short of spectacular. Peaceful and intimate, their closest friends and family gathered to witness Kim and Rob’s love against the backdrop of the stunning Hawaiian shoreline. They truly savored every moment, from the gentle breeze to the laughter of their loved ones…

This charming couple, hailing from the northeast of England, brought their love story to the stunning shores of Maluaka Beach, creating memories to last a lifetime. Michael, a dedicated chemical engineer, and Oliwia, a warm-hearted customer service liaison, met at a New Year’s Eve party that Michael hosted during his university days. Though the party was the backdrop, it was a pre-event message from Oliwia that sparked a daily conversation that never ceased!

Their engagement was a testament to Michael’s romantic side. He transformed their home into a wonderland, complete with a candlelit aisle leading to a flower arch, making their engagement a delightful surprise for Oliwia. Having never visited Hawaii before, they chose Maui for its breathtaking natural beauty, eager to start their next chapter surrounded by its tropical allure. It was also Oliwia’s dream too!

Their wedding day was as sweet as their love story. Maluaka Beach provided a stunning backdrop for their heartfelt ceremony. The couple was overjoyed, their happiness palpable to everyone present. Oliwia looked enchanting in a lace dress and flower crown, while Michael was ever dapper, embodying the perfect groom.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the couple posed for glowy sunset portraits, capturing the romance of their new life as husband and wife. The magical atmosphere was enhanced by the incredible Maui scenery!

Though they don’t have children yet, their little West Yorkshire Terrier, Orion, fills their days with joy and mischief. With Oliwia’s love for reading and Michael’s passion for golf, they are ready to embrace all that life has to offer, especially in a place as magnificent as Maui. Andrea, who works for the state of Oregon auditing group homes, and Katee, who connects people with higher education at a university, share a love for their three dogs and two cats, as well as traveling and trying new restaurants. With their shared sense of adventure and love for simplicity, they knew a Maui beach wedding was the perfect fit!

Mike popped the question last May during Keshia’s maternity photoshoot, a magical moment by the river at sunset that set the stage for the beautiful wedding they would later have in Maui! Mary Ann and Peter’s Maui beach wedding was a breathtaking celebration of love and joy. Peter, who juggles his full-time role as a Medical Science Liaison at Sanofi with a part-time pharmacist job at Costco, is also pursuing an MBA with a finance focus at Southern Utah University. Mary Ann, on the other hand, is deeply immersed in her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. And despite their busy lives, they share a passion for CrossFit, which is how they met, and love spending time outdoors.

The magic of their love story began in a CrossFit gym in Colorado Springs and blossomed into a beautiful engagement during a snowboarding weekend in Loveland, Colorado. Peter, ever the romantic, proposed at Officer’s Gulch Pond in Frisco, Colorado, with Mary Ann’s siblings secretly orchestrating the event. It was a moment straight out of a fairytale!

Mary Ann, originally from Guam and missing the island lifestyle since moving to Colorado in 2021, found a glimpse of home in Hawaii. Peter, having never visited any of the Hawaiian islands, was thrilled by the idea of a beach wedding. They chose Southside Beach in Maui for their special day, and it turned out to be an absolutely stunning day!

Gabby, a recent nursing school graduate who will begin her career in the PACU in Oregon, and Dean, a software engineer and business owner, met on the Hinge app in late 2021 and have been inseparable since. The couple, who moved in together in October 2022 and got engaged in March 2023, share a love for video games, hiking, reading, running, and cycling. With two adorable ragdoll kittens added to their family in April, they plan to get a dog in the next few years too! A growing little family in the making!

Their love for Maui, especially Wailea, where Gabby’s aunt lives, made it the perfect location for their wedding. It was Dean’s first trip to Maui in December 2022, and he fell in love with the island just as much as Gabby. So their wedding became a perfect blend of a vacation and celebration, with Dean’s family, who had always wanted to visit Maui, joining in the festivities too! Tracie and Eric’s sunset Maui wedding ceremony at Polo Beach was a breathtaking celebration of their love and the natural splendor of Maui. As the golden hour bathed the beach in a warm glow, Tracie looked absolutely radiant in her white gown, her smile as vibrant as the colorful Wailea sunset bouquet she held. Eric, equally dashing, couldn’t take his eyes off his beautiful wife to be. The bridesmaids, dressed in coral, and the groomsman, complementing them in pink, added a touch of elegance and joy to the scene.

The Couple

When Eric first saw Tracie you could tell he was stunned by how incredibly beautiful his bride was. His smile was filled with so much emotion it was truely infectious. Tracie and Eric’s love for eachother was unmistakable on their special day. Their happines was contagious, creating an atmosphere of love that touched everyone present. Their choice of Maui reflected their love for serene beauty and the happiness it brings.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was held on the sandy beach with gentle waves in the background. Reverend Kuya officiated, adding a touch of Hawaiian tradition. The bridal party looked radiant, with bridesmaids in coral dresses holding matching bouquets and the groomsman in a pink long sleeve button down. Tracie looked stunning in her white gown, her joy evident as she walked down the aisle to meet Eric, who looked equally handsome in his classic white dress shirt and beige pants.

After vows were exchanged Reverend Kuya blew the conch shell and they were pronounced husband and wife, and the bride and groom had their first kiss as newlyweds.

The Location

Polo Beach in Maui is a gem, especially at sunset. As the sun dipped below the horizon, it cast a stunning beam of light on the couple, creating a magical moment captured beautifully by our Maui wedding photographer. The ocean, lava rocks, and lush naupaka provided a breathtaking backdrop for their wedding photos.
