This couple chose to get married here because they love the ocean and wanted a ceremony by the beach. So a 5 Palms Maui Wedding was perfect! This setting could not be more amazing since it is literally nestled right up to the sand and overlooks the most amazing blue water. Saying, “I do” here would literally be something out of a dream!
When planning their wedding Karina and Jeremy described it as simple, relaxed, tropical, fun and special. And it definitely was all of those things! These two were seriously so relaxed and so excited to be getting married. Plus their wedding guests were just all so happy to be in Maui to celebrate with them!
Karina and Jeremy have been together ever since meeting at a hop festival and hitting it off while dancing. So how could they not have dancing at their 5 Palms Maui Wedding? We love that our newlyweds not only shared their first dance as husband and wife on the grassy lawn, but that they also invited a hula dancer to join them. What a great way to make a Maui Venue Wedding even more festive, and their guests all loved it!

Lucy and David flew to the island almost a week before their Maui Destination Wedding, and were so excited to finally be getting married! We love that they got to spend some time relaxing here prior to their big day so they wouldn’t be stressed leading up to their ceremony. Especially since we believe a couple’s wedding day should be as stress-free as possible!
Including Family
It was so touching to see how this bride and groom were able to include family at their Maui Destination Wedding. David stood with sons, Joey and William and then after making her entrance, Lucy was joined by daughter Lily for the ceremony! What a great way to unite these two and their children as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives 🙂 . This truly was a special occasion and we are confident it’s one none of them will ever forget!
After taking wedding portraits, these newlyweds were ready to celebrate with a delicious dinner at Merriman’s private cabana. What a perfect way to end an already perfect day! We were thrilled when this couple reached out to us last week to see if we could coordinate a Maui Beach Elopement for them in just two days! And while this was short notice, we knew we could do it 🙂 . Plus we were so excited to be part of such a sweet and special occasion for Shauna and Jonathan!
Vacation turned Elopement
After being together for 5 years, these two were so excited to get married! In fact, they actually are in the process of planning a big wedding at home but when they got to Maui on vacation Jonathan suggested eloping! So they quickly found us on yelp and got everything figured out within days.
At the end of their ceremony, they planted a sprouted coco in the brush near the spot they got married. How fun is that?! They even told us that they plan to return each year to check its growth! We love this idea and can’t wait for them to come back in 2020. In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye on their little sprout in their absence.

Selam and Vance kept their Maui Beach Wedding small with family and their best friend as their only wedding guests. We love the intimate setting this small group created. Plus this couple also had the genius idea to do a Livestream in order to include family and friends, not in attendance. So great!
From the moment our bride made her entrance with her brothers escorting her, we knew this would be an evening to remember! Selam and Vance could not have been more excited to be celebrating their love by getting married at a Maui Beach Wedding! And we are so glad we could be part of it 🙂 .
Reminder to Come Back!
Their ceremony was so beautiful! And their officiant, Kimo even joked that they’ll have to come back every year on their anniversary and their guests will have to pay for it! Not a bad suggestion, and we always support couples coming back for anniversaries. What better way to continue to fall deeper and deeper in love with each other!?

After getting married in June at home in Austria, this couple was excited to experience a more intimate ceremony with a Maui Beach Elopement. While they loved celebrating with family and friends, they also wanted to celebrate their love with a relaxed, carefree and romantic evening in Hawaii. And we are so glad they did!
Ready for Adventure
Anita and Christian met 5 years ago and got engaged last year in Italy, making them more than ready for the adventures of marriage. And they sure do love an adventure! How could you not though when the Swiss Alps are practically in your backyard? They enjoy hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. But when they’re not enjoying their hometown, they love to travel and explore new places! So a Maui Beach Elopement was the perfect way to start them off on the journey of being husband and wife 🙂 .

Emilie and Buck visited our office last year to start planning their Maui Destination Wedding, so we were eager for August 3, 2019 to arrive! From the moment we first met them we fell in love with their sweet personalities and relationship. They really are the most fantastic couple and we are so glad we got to be part of their special day!
Their love was so heartwarming that everyone felt it. They were extremely comfortable and even danced together during the ceremony! We also caught them mouthing little “I love yous” all throughout, which was so cute.
Commemorating the Father of the Bride
To make things even sweeter, Buck, his best man, and Emilie’s brother each wore one of her late dad’s watches. The mention on her dad made her tear during the ceremony and although he couldn’t be there in person, he was also commemorated through framed pictures which were so touching!
They truly had a beautiful Maui Destination Wedding, with the perfect bubble exit and loved ones all around to celebrate with them. After meeting on Tinder and starting a family together, this couple was so excited for their Maui Destination Wedding! And they chose a beautiful location for it. Mariela and Jason decided to get married at Po’olenalena Beach because of the forest there. Which was not only amazing in real life but also looked incredible in their wedding photos!
Mariela and Jason’s Maui Destination Wedding took place the same day Hurricane Erick rained on Maui. So while it started out drizzling, it quickly turned into a beautifully soft-lit morning! One of our favorite parts of this wedding was how our bride and groom included their beautiful daughter in the festivities. She looked so cute being held by Mariela during the ceremony and even had a little flower crown to match her mama! How sweet is that?!

We can’t get over how cute this couple was at their Maui Beach Elopement! Dara was so excited before the ceremony and even cried throughout. Which was so sweet! The moment James turned around and saw his bride walking towards him, his jaw literally dropped with excitement over how beautiful she looked. And then the biggest smile took place on his face and didn’t leave all evening long!
It’s obvious these two have a deep bond built on pure friendship and unconditional love. After being together for 10 years, a Maui Beach Elopement was the perfect way to celebrate their relationship and commitment to each other! They love it here so much they’re even planning on moving to the island in a couple of years, and we can’t wait to be their neighbors 🙂 .
They even already know their Hawaiian names! Dara’s is “Leilani” and James’ is “Kimo.” Plus for a fun coincidence, their minister’s name was Kimo! AND they went to dinner at their favorite restaurant, Kimo’s after their wedding! So fun. We really did have the best time being part of this beautiful evening and can’t thank, Dara and James, enough for including us on their special day! Congratulations to you both, and Warm Aloha!

After meeting in Dubai and reconnecting 10 years later in Vancouver, this bride and groom were excited to get married at a Maui Venue Wedding! Nimet and Nazim are both in their mid 40’s and neither has been married before. Besides each of their full-time jobs, they also run a shave ice business together in their spare time! So fun!
We also found out that Nazim does stand up comedy and Nimet is his writer. So it’s obvious these two really do make an incredible team not only in work but also in play! Nazim even proposed to Nimet while on stage during his comedy show, can you imagine how surprised she must have been?! They brought the best energy to their Maui Venue Wedding, and you can tell by all the photos of them laughing that there wasn’t a dull moment all evening long. The sunset even came through in full force!

Stacey and Tom visit Maui every year and took pictures with our sister company 5 years ago. So we were stoked to plan their Maui Vow Renewal! Most of their guests had never been to Hawaii before and had no idea what to expect. But one things for sure, this is an experience and occasion none of them will ever forget!
When Stacey and Tom got married 15 years ago their wedding color was coral, just like their “aloha ever after” sign. So we love that Stacey went with a non-traditional ocean blue dress, which really complimented the pastel colors from her wedding day. Also on her bouquet was a lady bug, and it’s the same lady bug pin she wore on her bouquet during her wedding day! How fun is that?!
Another super cute tear-jerker was the fact that Stacey had the same vows from her wedding day but added a few new things. Their vows had both Stacey and Tom in tears! It was especially touching to see their son participate in the festivities by walking his mother in, being part of the lei exchange and giving his parents hugs after the ceremony. Such a tender moment! But really this entire Maui Vow Renewal was full of one incredible moment after the other and we loved being part of it all 🙂 . Being part of this couple’s Maui Destination Wedding was so amazing! Not only were they super sweet, but we just love their style. Miranda looked absolutely incredible in a wedding dress from Willowby by Watters & Watters! This is one of our all time favorite dresses we have ever seen, every detail was so sweet and just perfect for an outdoor wedding in Hawaii. The colors and floral accents matched her bouquet and venue perfectly!
And Kevin didn’t look half bad either, his custom suit is from Perfectly Suited by Garth, a shop in their hometown. We love supporting local business here on Maui and love when our couples also represent and include aspects from businesses local to them! Having been to the island before, our bride knew a Maui Destination Wedding was exactly what she wanted and having never been here before our groom was down to experience and celebrate with someplace new 🙂 . It’s safe to say they’ll be back again, hopefully for future anniversaries and maybe even a vow renewal one day!
After getting married here, these newlyweds were excited to honeymoon on Kauai AND Oahu before returning to Utah to continue their beautiful life together as husband and wife.
