They met in high school and have been together ever since (18 years to be exact!), and have always dreamed of having a tropical beach wedding. It Had to Be You

Michelle made quite the entrance on the sandy aisle at Polo Beach! Her white train was so romantic and classic. Eloping is such a special and intimate experience, and we could feel the love and excitement in the air as Michelle and Brandon exchanged their vows. The white sand and the soft sound of the waves made for the perfect setting as they said “I do” to each other, surrounded by nothing but the calm beauty of nature…

They traveled all the way from Vancouver Island, Canada, to get married in paradise, and we were so excited to be a part of their special day. Our happy couple was ready to make their commitment to each other official in a simple, elegant, and serene way…

After their lovely beautiful Maui elopement, we had the pleasure of photographing their newlywed portraits further down the beach! Seeing them so happy and in love after finally tying the knot was such a joy. These portraits are a testament to their love story, a long one that began all those years ago in high school… They are ready to start their next chapter together, whatever life brings their way!

Tory and Daniel’s Maui beach wedding was a beautiful celebration that perfectly reflected their fun and playful personalities. The couple had met at a slip-and-slide party (that says it all!), bonding over their shared love of Doctor Who and Jurassic Park. A mutual friend made sure they were both at the same party next time, and their love story began!

So their engagement didn’t go all to plan for Daniel, but it worked out perfectly in the end! The couple went to a sculpture garden in DC that they had visited on their first date. However, the garden was under construction, so they went to a nearby garden instead. After struggling to find a quiet spot, Daniel finally got down on one knee and proposed. Barefoot Vows

Their wedding day was a happy and relaxed celebration, with friends and family in attendance. We loved how at ease and relaxed they looked (barefoot, we might add!), truly enjoying every moment of their special day. They were married at DT Fleming Beach, which provided a serene backdrop for their intimate ceremony.

Even though it was a little cloudy on their special day, their lively and fun guests brought the sunshine! The day was casual yet elegantly minimal, with Tory’s single bird of paradise bouquet taking center stage. It was clear that the focus was on the important union of this loving couple!

Our Day In Paradise

It’s all in the details! A flower circle is one way to elevate a simple beach ceremony. And our floral partner Dellables created a stunner! The colors were so bright and vibrant that they popped in the sunshine, creating a truly magical atmosphere. One of the things that we loved most about the flower circle was how it perfectly complemented the couple’s Hawaiian theme and tropical setting. It was clear that Tabitha and Viet put a lot of thought and care into choosing the details, and it paid off in a big way!

Their lovely ceremony was held at DT Fleming Beach with only a few close friends and family members in attendance. Moreover, everyone was so happy to have made the long journey to celebrate these two!

Throughout their special day, we could feel the love and happiness that surrounded the couple. It was clear that Tabitha and Viet were surrounded by loved ones who supported and cherished them, and it was a beautiful sight to see!

Tabitha looked radiant with her flower crown, going all out in the Hawaiian flair, and Viet’s untraditional pink two-piece suit perfectly complemented the bright flowers and tropical vibe of their Maui beach wedding ceremony. (Pink is the new black!) Overall, it made their day feel even more celebratory and fun!

“I, Do” In Style

After the beach ceremony, Tabitha and Viet continued their celebration by heading to The Westin for some more fun and romantic portraits. This was the perfect opportunity to capture some beautiful moments between the couple, showcasing their love and joy in a more relaxed and intimate setting. The Westin provided a beautiful and luxurious backdrop for their newlywed portraits with its waterfall and lush landscaping… They’ve got not just the love, but style!

Aleeshia and Cameron’s Maui elopement was a true celebration of love and intimacy, and we couldn’t be happier for this wonderful couple! As they began planning their wedding back home in Maine, they quickly realized that it wasn’t going to be as intimate as they had hoped. With the stress of planning and decision-making, they decided that an elopement in Hawaii would be the perfect solution! Our company, Simple Maui Wedding, was ready to bring their vision to life!

Our lovely pair got engaged in Hawaii in January 2022, so Hawaii is a very special place for them. And while on that trip, they decided if they ever returned, it would be Maui! So when they were wedding planning, it was the natural choice for their elopement! We were honored to be a part of their special day and capture some beautiful moments for them!

Simple Elegance

The day of their Maui elopement was filled with joy and happiness. Aleeshia and Cameron look relaxed and carefree, taking in every moment of their special day. The ceremony took place on Po’olenalena Beach, with waves crashing in the background, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere…

The simplicity of the setting made their ceremony made it feel even more romantic. Despite the uncertainty of where to get married, our talented team of wedding coordinators took away the stress of their day. It truly felt like a celebration of their love and commitment to each other without the traditional fuss of a large celebration. These photos of our lovely pair exchanging heartfelt vows during their Maui elopement are filled with love and emotion. We can see the love and happiness in their eyes!

After their lovely ceremony, we had the opportunity to capture some beautiful photos of the new Mr. & Mrs. Greenwood on the beach! “Must love dogs” should be these two’s intro to their romance! Ashley and Jesse’s Maui venue wedding was the perfect reflection of their fun personalities and love story. These two lovebirds met over 13 years ago while working at a restaurant on and off… One day, Jesse returned to the restaurant to try and pick up some shifts when Ashley walked in with her new puppy, Biggie just before her shift began. That was the moment it all started, and the rest is history…

Fast forward 13 years later, and Jesse surprised Ashley on their anniversary with a helicopter ride into the mountains, where he got down on one knee and proposed! Ashley had always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, and Jesse had always wanted to go to Hawaii, so a Maui venue wedding was the perfect opportunity to combine their dreams! High school sweethearts are just the sweetest! Kimberlee and Kristian’s Maui beach wedding was a beautiful beachy affair embodying all that we do best! What makes this day even more special is these high school loves tied the knot on their 14-year anniversary; it was a day they will surely never forget!

When it came to planning their big day, Kristian and Kimberlee both share a love for the ocean and the beach, so a Maui beach wedding was right up their alley! They had been to Maui in the past and had always considered getting married here, and their dream finally came true!

Under The Maui Sun

The ceremony began in the sunshine at Southside Beach, with Kimberlee stopping everyone in their tracks as she made her way down the sandy aisle. Their lovely ceremony was a simple and elegant affair, just what we do best! As you can imagine, their friends and family were happy to have made the trip to join them on the beach and celebrate their love!

The simplicity of their wedding highlights the idea that sometimes, less is more. The whole event was an excellent example of how elegant a minimalist approach can be, with the focus being on our sweet couple and their love for each other. Maui’s natural beauty, their loved ones, and their enduring love were all that they needed!

A New Beginning

The Maui beach wedding celebration continued with a few newlywed portraits at sunset! After all, our sweet couple loves the ocean, and this was their moment! The setting sun added a warm and romantic glow to the photos, creating a stunning backdrop for the couple’s portraits.

This was their day, a celebration just for them, a total dream! The tropical scenery is simply magical, with swaying palm trees and a deep blue ocean stretching out as far as the eye can see. So, unsurprisingly, our lovely couple fell in love with Polo Beach. The sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the tropical breeze all combine to create an unforgettable experience that’s just perfect for a romantic wedding ceremony! And knowing these two love birds, Amanda and Lance happily left their shoes behind…

The first moments of their newlywed bliss were full of tender moments, loving gestures, and even a few playful moments! Their love shone through every moment as they walked and twirled in the gentle shore break…

A Maui destination wedding is many couples’ dream, one we take complete pride and joy in bringing to life for beautiful couples like Cassidy and Grant! Cassidy had always dreamed of getting married in Maui… so we were honored to be able to coordinate their special day for them. First, a little backstory on our lovely pair… Cassidy and Grant are high school sweethearts; they met four years ago and got engaged under Christmas lights last December! Very romantic. Their love story is as sweet as can be, and it was a delight to begin their journey with them as husband and wife!

Rustic & Beautiful

Their Maui destination wedding was beautiful and intimate, with a Hawaiian vibe at its core. They tied the knot at Rustic Hawaiian Ruins, Trinity-By-The-Sea, an old church dating back to the 1800s! The coral brick walls surrounding the altar of this outdoor chapel feel rustic yet dreamy, with tropical palms all around. So it’s the perfect mix of a tropical venue yet with a beachy feel! It was just what they had hoped for, and we loved how the light filtered through the setting; it was bright and airy and oh so Hawaiian...

Finally, after they said their “I do’s,” we took our lovely newlyweds to the beach for some portraits! It was a bright, sunny morning, creating a happy atmosphere perfect for capturing the moment’s joy. We love how airy and bright their photos look; they genuinely capture the tropical essence of Cassidy and Grant’s Maui destination wedding!

Lisa and David’s Maui venue wedding was a stunning celebration of love that left us absolutely breathless! Surrounded by close friends and family, the love that filled the air was palpable. Everyone was so happy to be there to celebrate this amazing couple!

The romance was in the air from the start, and we could feel it with every click of our camera. The light was ethereal, making everything look like it was straight out of a fairytale. When Lisa and David exchanged their vows under that bloom-covered arch studded with pink blooms, we couldn’t help but feel like we were witness to something truly magical…

Love With A View

Lisa and David share a passion for the outdoors which has brought them closer together. They have spent countless hours exploring new trails, riding their dirtbikes through the mountains, and traveling to drag races around the country…you can tell they are the best of friends!

When it came time to choose a venue for their big day, they knew that they wanted something that reflected their love for nature and somewhere beautiful. Lisa’s father and grandmother are originally born and raised in Hawaii, so this felt incredibly special to the couple… Gannon’s provided the perfect combination of stunning views and an elegant atmosphere, and privacy, making it the ideal location for their Maui venue wedding!

Into The Sunset

Before celebrating, we snuck down to Southside Beach to capture some of the most stunning images of their Maui venue wedding! We’ve seen a lot of bouquets in our days, but Lisa’s was exceptionally beautiful! It was so fresh and springy with the pink peonies. But not quite as gorgeous as how our lovely bride looks in her tulle gown…the soft light added to the romance of the moment too! This kind of light is perfect for portraits because it flatters everyone and adds a romantic, almost ethereal quality to their photos, don’t you think? The soft backlight at created a beautiful halo effect around them, making them look like they were glowing with happiness and love!

The happy newlyweds were completely lost in the moment, wrapped up in each other’s arms and enjoying the beautiful scenery around them. Everything else seemed to melt away…

There was an instant connection, and sparks flew…Their engagement was just as special – they got engaged in Kauai on a dinner cruise off the Napali coast! They love Hawaii, and it will forever be a cherished place in their love story.

Their Maui beach wedding was a beautiful bright morning; they couldn’t have asked for a clearer day! The natural beauty of the island is all the decor they need! The water, the white sand, and the sound of the gentle waves at Maluaka Beach enhanced the dreamy atmosphere…

As you can see, morning weddings on the beach are particularly special since the colors tend to be brighter and more vivid in the morning light. Generally, there isn’t much cloud cover, so the sunshine can be very bright, casting a sunny glow over everything and creating a happy atmosphere! This warm and inviting light makes every moment feel magical, from exchanging vows to the first kiss as newlyweds like Malia and Jared!

The happy pair soaked up all the love and joy of their special day as they walked further down the beach for their newlywed portraits. Malia looks exquisite in her all-white bridal look in contrast to the tropical blues! It’s the cusp of summer, and love is in the air, so we can’t help but feel giddy and happy for Kaitlyn and Peter! This lovely couple met in medical school, and their love story continued to blossom when Peter surprised Kaitlyn with a proposal at a photoshoot in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. How romantic is that?

But the romance didn’t stop there. Last year, they visited Maui and fell in love with the tropical paradise. So, they thought, why not get married here? They wanted something simple and elegant that reflected their love and commitment to each other. And most importantly, a day that was just for them! So, we were beyond delighted to bring their vision for their Maui beach wedding to life!

The setting could not have been more perfect than the beautiful Maluaka Beach on Maui’s South Shore, which provided a magical and tropical setting for their vows! Kaitlyn looked gorgeous in her lace gown with an elegant train, and Peter looked dapper in his classic black suit. Even though it was a relaxed ceremony on the beach, they were a sight to behold!

They both looked incredibly happy and their love shone through our lens, especially through the laughter and smiles! They are a lovely couple inside and out!

The sunset was breathtakingly beautiful and added a touch of romance to their already special day. It was as if the island was sending them off with a blessing into married life in a riot of colors! These two love traveling and exploring new places together, but Maui will forever hold a special place in their hearts. The warm sun, the fresh ocean breeze, and the soothing sound of the waves created a beautiful atmosphere that amplified the romance in the air… They couldn’t help but want to dance and soak in the moment’s magic!

Madison and Chad always dreamt of getting married by the water, so we were delighted to coordinate their Maui venue wedding! (Given that fact, we think they couldn’t have picked a better place than Hawaii!) It was a glorious day by the water’s edge under the sunshine for their special day. Close friends and family joined them in their intimate ceremony, who were happy to make the trip to celebrate their love. Curious to see how their big day turned out? These lovebirds met on a dating app in January 2022 and fell in love from day one! They have so much in common, and they knew this connection was something special. Several months later, they were engaged!

Their big day finally arrived, and we couldn’t be happier for them! Their Maui venue wedding was exactly what they envisioned; ocean breeze, sunshine, salty air…and full of love. Chad especially wanted to get married in Maui, so they thought, why not?!

Oceanside Dreams

Their beautiful oceanside ceremony took place at Wailea Beach Resort at Lanai Point on Maui’s South Shore. We love this location because it allows you to be as close as possible to the ocean while still having the privacy of a venue wedding! Guests can sit comfortably and admire the view and the celebration. It’s the best of a beach and venue wedding! Plus, the views are incredible too!

It wasn’t long before our happy newlyweds left the shoes at the altar and made their way down to the beach below! They basked in the golden sun and the carefree, relaxed ambiance of the gorgeous setting. The sunset was incredible for the new Mr. and Mrs. too! Their Maui venue wedding ended with a golden glowing bang, as you can see! Maui’s south shores rarely disappoint! It was the perfect ending to Madison and Chad’s special day…
