For Tara and Rich, it took no time at all to realize that what they had was special. Actually, Rich knew in about a week. That proclamation, in fact, is what started them on the path for here, and their Maui Beach Wedding. Honored to be a part of it, we loved watching as these two people so clearly meant for one another found their way to happily ever after. Knowing this was a profound connection, the magnetic energy between them has built a beautiful foundation for the rest of their lies.

Joined by their gorgeous kids, it was a lovely sight seeing this new family officially formed. Happiness was the name of the game as they all took steps forward together into a new chapter. Blessed by a beautiful evening, the golden coast of Kapalua made for a spectacular setting as the six of them enjoyed this memorable moment. As the sun worked its way towards the horizon in the distance, Tara and Rich were declared husband and wife, sealing the ceremony with a kiss. Before heading off to a wedding dinner to celebrate, we borrowed a few minutes of their time for some romantic shots to remember the evening. With an adventurous streak a mile long, this darling duo from California couldn’t have been happier to return to Maui for their Maui Elopement. Having gotten engaged seven years ago at a Giants game, Kim and Greg found themselves on these shores a week later to celebrate their next chapter. Now, it was time to return to the golden shore where they once solidified their decision to marry and take the leap of faith. Though he’s not a fan of heights, falling head over heels for Kim was the easiest thing that Greg’s ever done.

With an agenda chalk full of activities like horse back riding and ATV rides, there was never a dull moment for the fun-loving pair. Blessed by a beautiful evening along the golden shore of Ironwoods, the setting was breathtaking. Between the dramatic coast and the sparkling sea, the romance was dancing on the breeze that night as our new friends made official what they’ve known for years. They belong together. We are so happy for this loving couple and we can’t thank them enough for choosing Simple Maui Wedding Wedding to be a part of their big day. Thank you, Kim and Greg! Flanked by their kids on both sides, Cindy and Garrett were blessed to have a beautiful Maui Venue Wedding in paradise. Having met online a few years ago, their love bloomed and led them to this amazing moment where two families became one. Each having a son and daughter, the kids were thrilled to find a new sibling that was close in age to themselves. Bonding quickly, the six of them became a close knit crew and it’s tough to say who was most excited for this big day along the golden shore of South Maui.

With Five Palms’ lawn laying out a lovely setting, the evening couldn’t have been more beautiful. The soft light and gorgeous scenery all combined to create a dream come true location that our fabulous new friends from California surely loved. We are so glad they were treated to this show, and that the weather cooperated for them. With palms swaying over head, and words of love from the heart, the next chapter began on this romantic evening for two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. When it came time for happily ever after, a Maui Beach Wedding could not be beat for Heather and Mike. Ditching the humidity of a Michigan summer in favor of some tropical time in paradise, the beautiful bride and her darling groom were walking on sunshine when it came time to say ‘I Do.’ With loved ones on hand for this incredible moment, there was no shortage of love, laughter, or tears of joy. As Rev. Kimo guided them the language that would find them declared husband and wife, Heather and Mike’s smiles never wavered. This was the moment they had been working towards all along.

Treated to a spectacular evening, the lovely pastel colors lent themselves to create a stunning scene. Complimented by her bright and beautiful Anuenue bouquet, this beaming bride was a vision as she strolled along the pristine sand, arm in arm with the love of the life. Dashing as the groom, Mike looked like the happiest man on Earth as he watched his dream girl become his wife. We are so thrilled for these two as they are the perfect compliment to one another. Though it wasn’t their original plan, in the end, Megan and Francois were more than happy with their Maui Venue Wedding. Having planned to marry on St. Martin, last year’s hurricane season rendered that not an option after the church they chose was unfortunately destroyed. Starting over with the planning process, they came across Maui as an option and were pleasantly surprised at the ease and affordability. Changing course, they opted for a lovely lawn ceremony at Gannon’s, with the South Pacific sparkling in the distance.

Surrounded by loved ones, including one very special son as the ring bearer, they ended up having all their dreams come true. Francois even mentioned before the ceremony began how much the island reminded them of their original destination. Meeting beneath the bamboo arch, our gorgeous pair found their happily ever after as their loved ones watched with delight. Their brilliant little boy, Remy, even got in on the fun as he reveled in the excitement of the day. We were so happy for this loving couple as they were blessed with a beautiful Maui evening. While the sun sank towards the horizon in the distance, Megan and Francois took the steps forward into the rest of their lives. Thank you, you two, for allowing Simple Maui Wedding to be a part of this momentous occasion with you. It was truly an honor and we wish you all the best in the decades to come.

Carving out their own piece of private paradise, Emilie and Magnus were so happy to enjoy a Maui Elopement along the golden Kapalua coast. Though they told no one what they were doing, it only added to the romance and excitement of the moment. Escaping the reality of every day life back home in Sweden, the software developers compromised by having an elopement but there was one thing they were in complete agreement about. Privacy! Adoring the seclusion that Ironwoods can offer, the beautiful bride and her dashing groom were in heaven as they nestled in beside the sea cliffs for this incredible moment.

Having been introduced by a colleague, their love has blossomed over time and the perfect pair couldn’t wait to begin the next chapter in their lives. Before the beaming couple could enjoy the pretty Wailea sunset, they first got to enjoy a Maui Elopement that would make your heart melt. The San Diego sweethearts, Ashley and Jeff,  couldn’t have been any cuter together they met beside the swaying sea. Following tradition, their chauffeur ensured they wouldn’t see one another until the moment it was time to tie the knot. As he watched in wonder at his approaching bride, Jeff was practically floating above the sand with anticipation. Looking radiant and thrilled, Ashley was the portrait of perfection as she glided across the beach.

Seeking romance and an intimate celebration, they got that and so much more. The lovely part of an elopement is the serenity it affords the bride and groom. You have no one to worry about except one another. With sweet embraces and tender looks of love, they reveled in the magic of the moment as the pastel sky lit up the horizon. Though the sky was a little overcast at first, Stacey and Terrill ended up with a Beach Wedding in Maui to be proud of. As the evening progressed, the sunset cast a lovely mural across the clouds that left our adorable Arkansas couple with a pastel and dreamy scene. Looking incredible together, they were the picture of wedding perfection as they joined one another by the dancing sea. Nestled near the lava rocks on the “secret” side of Po’olenalena, they carved out their own little piece of paradise in South Maui. Thanks to the sweet sounds of our bride’s sister’s flute, the atmosphere was amazing as two hearts became one.

Adding to the emotionally charged moment, Terrill released a lei into the ocean in remembrance of his beloved mom. Though not there in body, there’s no doubt that the stunning colors they were treated to as the sun sank in the distance was her handy work. We loved getting to be a part of this moment with Stacey and Terrill. Having met at work, and keeping their relationship a secret for a long time as a result, we are so glad they get to shout about their love from the rooftops now. With a profound connection with the sand and sea, Colleen and Michael knew a Maui Destination Wedding was exactly right for them. Growing up, this beautiful bride and her family were frequent visitors to our fair isle. Ambria and Aaron were aglow from the fading light as they met before the bamboo arch for their Maui Venue Wedding. With their precious cargo back home visiting his auntie, mom and dad found a moment of absolute romance and serenity high above the sparkling sea. With a one year old waiting for them, we are so happy for them that they were able to make this time for one another and celebrate their love.

As they stood before one another, this dashing groom promised his beloved to always be her Superman and protector while she would always be his Wonder Woman and best friend. That’s a perfect place to be, we think. The level of comfort these two obviously had, and the deep bond was breathtaking. Equally as beautiful as the stunning setting that unfolded around them.
