Their story began in Tokyo, where they met while working at a new hotel. Despite being in different departments, their paths crossed, and they quickly became good friends. Friendship blossomed into romance, and after living together for 1.5 years, Yusuke proposed on Maika’s birthday, marking the start of their beautiful journey together! Yusuke, a pastry chef from Kyoto, has traveled and worked in Toronto, Paris, Doha, Bali, and now Japan. His easygoing nature perfectly complements Maika, who is from Tokyo and has lived in San Diego, Maui, and Dallas. Together, they love watching movies, cooking, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Sounds perfect right?
