Imagine meeting the love of your life in grade school…Anjelica and David can! David was Anjelica’s brother’s best friend from the second grade. We were deeply touched to hear this sweet love story before their Maui venue wedding! Their big day was an intimate and elegant affair that celebrated the love that had spanned their whole lives! To the sound of the waves, our beautiful pair exchanged their vows before the stunning ocean view at the Hyatt Regency in Ka’anapali on the Makai Lawn. It was a spectacular sight as their loved ones watched on who were full of joy and love (and a few tears!) for Anjelica and David. When planning their Maui venue wedding, they shared with us that they wanted their nuptials to be simple, fun, and elegant… precisely what we do best at Simple Maui Wedding! And their special day unfolded just like a dream…

Before celebrating with their excited and joyful friends and family, we snapped a few portraits on the beach. What a beautiful pair they make! We love the tropical flair of Anjelica’s bridal look with her vibrant flower crown and bouquet. It was just the pop of color that brought the “wow” factor! And David’s salmon-colored suit was so refreshing to see! He looked so handsome, and it felt unique yet laid-back…perfect for a tropical wedding in Hawaii!
How far they have come from those early days! These two were meant to be together from the beginning, and you can tell through the feeling and love in these photographs… An incredible love story of an incredible couple!
