Benjamin and Lexi’s Maui Venue Wedding at Merriman’s Kapalua was a long-awaited celebration in the very best way. These two first became friends in high school, then spent years as each other’s closest person. Eventually, Benjamin asked one life-changing question: “Would it really be so crazy if we dated?” Apparently not. A month later, they moved in together, and the rest became their story.

After getting engaged in 2019, they planned to marry in 2020. Then life, along with the pandemic, changed everything. Their wedding kept getting pushed further into the future. Still, Hawaii remained the dream. So after ten years together, they finally made it happen. Surrounded by friends and family, Benjamin and Lexi exchanged vows overlooking the ocean at Merriman’s Kapalua. The ceremony felt warm, joyful, and incredibly meaningful after such a long wait.

Afterward, the newlyweds headed to the beach for portraits as the Maui sky began to glow. Between the rocky shoreline, soft waves, and dreamy sunset, it was the perfect ending to their day. And honestly, inviting everyone to Hawaii gave their favorite people a pretty excellent excuse for a vacation too.
