Wedding Venue Considerations

While The White Orchid Beach House offers a stunning and intimate setting, there are a few logistical considerations to note:

• Parking Limitations: The venue only allows six guest vehicles, so if your guest count exceeds 15, a private shuttle service is required (not included in the package). Street parking is strictly prohibited and monitored by a parking attendant.
• Uber and Lyft are Not Available: Due to the remote location, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are not available. It’s important to plan transportation in advance.
• Limited Cell Service: Cell phone reception is limited at the venue, though Wi-Fi is available for connectivity needs.
• Availability: This venue is available for weddings Monday through Thursday at the current package rate. Weekend bookings are possible with an additional fee. (Visit our packages page for full details.)

Bridal Suite for Pre-Ceremony Prep
Included in the site fee is access to the venue’s delightful bridal suite, where you can change into your wedding attire before the ceremony. These upgraded lei options will add a touch of luxury to your special day and are sure to impress your guests.

Not only do these leis look stunning, but they also come with a practical benefit. The open garland style allows for better airflow and less weight on the neck, making them more comfortable to wear during hot Maui days. This is especially beneficial for outdoor weddings or if you plan on taking photos on the beach.

Adorned with lush tropical greenery, the surfboards created a stylish and sophisticated frame for the oceanfront ceremony.

Your wedding day look doesn’t have to break the bank! We styled the couple in affordable yet stylish clothing—an elegant pink suit from Amazon for $70 and a beautiful wedding dress for $188. Paired with heirloom pearls and tasteful costume jewelry, the couple looked fabulous, proving that you don’t need to spend a fortune to look stunning.

Professional Hair and Makeup
One area we always recommend splurging on is hair and makeup. Maui’s weather can be challenging, with humidity, wind, and occasional rain. Our trusted local experts, Salon 253 Bride, handled the hair and makeup for the styled shoot, ensuring the models looked flawless from start to finish.

You can add on our sparkling cider toast option or cake and toast option at this venue, it’s a great way to put a little tradition into your ceremony and especially if you are going to a nice sit down dinner nearby after your ceremony, allows for these moments to be photographed at your beautiful ceremony site while you have your photographer there.

If you’re looking for special touches that reflect the island’s charm, consider adding a coconut happy hour. This fun and refreshing option lets you and your guests sip fresh coconuts while soaking in the Maui sunshine—a perfect tropical twist that adds to the relaxed island vibe.
