Plumeria Promises – Taylor & Andrew’s Maui Venue Wedding

You know that trope in romantic comedies where two people with wildly different hobbies fall madly in love and somehow make it all work? That’s Taylor and Andrew. She rides majestic dressage horses with the kind of poise that would make even a Disney princess feel underdressed. He rolls around (gracefully, we assume) in Jiu-Jitsu classes. Together? But Taylor had never been to Hawaii before and if you’re going to choose a place for your first-ever Hawaiian experience, it might as well be Maui, right? Andrew had been before and together they decided, hey, let’s get married AND honeymoon here. One flight. Double the magic!

Taylor walked toward Andrew with that once-in-a-lifetime kind of glow, and he looked at her like he already knew he’d just made the best decision of his life. The intimacy of the moment, the gentle hush of the ocean in the background, and the fragrance of plumeria in the air, it all felt like Maui itself was giving them its blessing.
