One In A Lifetime Getaway – Jennifer & Elijah Elope in Maui

Jennifer has never been the type to dream about a big wedding, and she dreaded having to plan one. One day she threw the idea of traveling to elope in Maui at Elijah — he was on board! One of our favorite things is when a bride and groom have their initial looks before the ceremony! After Jennifer and Elijah got ready at the Westin in Ka’anapali, they went down to the waterfalls. The backdrop was so ethereal, and this spot made the moment between our charming couple feel more magical! We love how you can see the adoration on their faces. It’s almost as if this was their first time seeing one another!

Where They Eloped in Maui

Setting the scene for this wedding was the ivory shore of Ironwoods Beach. We adore this location because it’s full of breathtaking scenery and makes every ceremony feel tranquil. The foamy sapphire waves, dramatic cliffs, and striking lava rock formations decorate the background exquisitely. Above all, you can see how the heavy cloud coverage enhanced the dreamy ambiance of this sunset occasion!

Our Couple’s Story

Jennifer and Elijah’s story began when they met through a popular dating app. The timing couldn’t have been any more perfect! Jennifer had just moved to Cape Cod, while Elijah was about to leave the city — until he met her. After dating for two years, Elijah proposed with the help of their dog, Cosmo, who had the ring on his collar. It was the perfect way to get engaged because this pup joined them during their first date. Then Elijah took her to a surprise party at a local bar with their closest family and friends!
