The Maui Beach Wedding
Our beautiful couple united on the velvety shores of Ironwoods with the delicate sunset hanging in the sky above them. This North Maui beach was ideal for their wedding! It created striking backdrops for everyone to admire and provided plenty of space for the occasion.
You can see the rustic lava rocks and foamy waves in every shot! We love how Karma Hill Photography effortlessly captured the beauty of the location and magic of the ceremony. Nina and Aldrin will have no problem remembering their loving union in paradise!
Our Couple’s Story
Nothing brings people together like sports do — that’s exactly what basketball did for our lovely couple! They first met in 2004 through a mutual friend when they were teenagers. During the same year, the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Detroit Pistons during the NBA Finals. Being huge Lakers fans, Nina and Aldrin bonded over their favorite team’s loss and have been best friends ever since!
Our charming couple has been together for nearly a decade and has had tons of spontaneous moments together! At the end of 2019, they went on a trip to Japan and were on a rowboat in Nara Park. The leaves were beginning to change color, creating a romantic ambiance. Aldrin surprised Nina by popping the magic question while they were on the water!
Originally they wanted to have a larger wedding, but after 2020, they decided to have an intimate Maui beach wedding. Above all, we’re glad we got to make their simple but breathtaking ceremony a reality. It all came together exquisitely!
Congratulations, Nina and Aldrin! Mahalo for letting us be part of your special day. Wishing you a future full of quality time with your puppy, Margot, and Lakers games!
