The Destination Wedding In Maui
Bridget and Shawn wanted a romantic, elegant, and simple ceremony — these words describe their wedding flawlessly! Bridget’s parents were the only ones in attendance, Kahu Ricardo Hanako’o was the minister, and Baldwin Beach set the scene. Our stunning couple arrived at the shoreline together, but it was still magical when they had their first looks!
This visit was Shawn’s second time on the island but Bridget’s first time here. They decided to have a ceremony in Hawaii because they wanted intimacy without giving up the excitement of a typical wedding day. Not to mention, this charming duo loves to have new adventures! A destination wedding in Maui couldn’t have been more fitting for them!
Our Couple’s Story
Shawn and Bridget’s story began when they met in high school. Their older brothers were friends, and Shawn would hang out with them. Although, they did not get to know each other until after college when they returned to their hometown.
Six years later, Shawn planned a secret trip to Sedona. When the time was right, he proposed at Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. We adore how Bridget would change nothing about this trip; she said it was luxurious, relaxing, and adventurous! You can find our fun couple golfing and enjoying the outdoors in their spare time. They also love cooking and making creative cocktails!
