Though the weather was not quite what we had expected, Erica and Steven ended up being blessed with the Maui Elopement of their dreams. Having had her heart set on marrying on Ironwoods Beach, the gorgeous couple decided to proceed with the ceremony there despite the rain. What an excellent decision it turned out to be too. Treated to a dramatic scene along the coast, the sand, surf, and sky lent themselves to create a stunning setting for the lovebirds. Even blessed with beautiful sunset colors before the night was through, it ended up being exactly what the beaming beauty had wanted for the moment she married the love of her life.
This pair deserves all the best after the distance they endured during their dating days. After meeting online while she was living in the Philippines and he was in the States, they made the trips back and forth to allow their love to bloom. After a few trips, they both knew this was it, they had found what they were looking for. Steven knew after a few weeks that this was the woman he wanted to marry. Both now residing in Oklahoma, they are so excited to begin the next phase of their lives as husband and wife. We are so glad they got the epic evening they desired. The rain just added to the drama and excitement of the moment and made for fabulous photos that we hope the newlyweds cherish for years to come. Thank you, Erica and Steven, for letting the Simple Maui Wedding family share in the magic of this moment. We wish you a lifetime of happiness and look forward to catching up with you both down the road.
