Having always dreamed of visiting Hawaii, Alyx and Joseph knew that when it came time to say ‘I Do,’ this was the spot for them. With that in mind, they set out for their Maui Venue Wedding with high hopes and full hearts. Exceeding their expectations, the island put on quite a show for them. The breathtaking scene was like something out of a dream. At the historic Kukahiko Estate, the dramatic cut of the coastline is fabulous for photos. Graced with romantic light and gorgeous conditions, the incredible Illinois couple were more than thrilled with the special day that unfolded for them.

Surrounded by several loved ones, they connected beside the dancing sea and promised their hearts to one another. With laughter and joy ringing out in the air, they committed to being husband and wife and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. Beaming smiles and cheers from the garden chairs carried them away from the arbor as they took their first steps as husband and wife. We loved getting to capture Aly and Joe’s special moment as they couldn’t possibly be any sweeter. Thank you, you two, for inviting Simple Maui Wedding into your lives to share in your happiness. Before they could enjoy a dreamy Maui Venue Wedding, Abbey and Daniel first had to find one their way to one another. Though they attended the same middle and high school, it wouldn’t be until years later that their paths would officially become intertwined. Never having spoken before, when they saw one another at the gym as adults, fate found a way to work her magic. After making that connection, it was just a matter of time before these two adorable Anaheim residents fell head over heels for one another. Building a life together, they knew the time was right to make things official and begin a new journey together. So, with the sun setting in the distance, they joined loved ones on the lush lawn of the Kukahiko Estate and set out to do just that.

With touches of peach and beautiful bamboo, the scene was like something out of an island fairytale. Set beside the dramatic South Maui coastline, the lava rock and dancing sea made for a backdrop to dream of. After the ‘I Do’s’ were exchanged, the ceremony sealed with a kiss, we stole a few minutes of the newlyweds’ time to capture some romantic beach portraits. On golden sand, with a spectacular sunset being painted across the sky, the darling duo was the picture of wedding perfection. Eternally comfortable with one another, there was no coaching required as they naturally fit and move together like a happily harmonious pair. Admittedly not one for being in photos, we are so glad this beautiful bride will have gorgeous photos of she and her dashing groom to cherish forever. Thank you, Abbey and Daniel, for allowing Simple Maui Wedding the honor of being a part of this moment in your journey together.
