Easily reserve your wedding date!
Here is the BOOKING process:
1. Fill out and submit this booking form
2. Once received, we will review your booking to ensure everything works (forms received outside of our business hours will be responded to on the next business day)
3. We will send you an email with the payment link so that you may pay the 50% deposit required to hold your date
4. ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, your date is reserved! Within 24 hours, or the next business day, we will send you a confirmation email with all the pertinent information you'll need

In the unlikely event of rain, your wedding will proceed as planned with umbrellas, we do not reschedule weddings due to rain. Weddings will only be rescheduled in the event of dangerous weather such as a hurricane or severe storm. If we are able to move the location of your wedding to an area of the island that is dry, we will do so as long as we have enough notice. PRIVATE VENUE WEDDINGS: Some of our venue wedding locations do have an indoor or covered area in the event of rain. If they do not the policy is the same as above.

Payment Terms: The CLIENT will pay a fee to MWG for the Services, this fee shall be payable in two payments, the first is 50% of total cost at the time of the booking and 50% two months before the wedding date. The deposit is refundable, less a $500 administrative fee, ONLY if client cancels at least 3 months prior to their reserved wedding date. Please note that ALL venues and some vendors require a non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, their deposits will also be taken out of your initial deposit to us. Dates are not reserved until you place your booking deposit. *
